The Nilokheri Polytechnic was established in 1947 by the government of India at Nilokheri. They both were merged to establish Punjab Polytechnic which was renamed Government Polytechnic, Haryana after state reorganization in 1966.

Better things that can be opt in making education system better

Our college had a group of selected and very friendly staff
I like the computer labs they provide to us

Dislikes

They don't provide the hostel facility for 2nd and 3rd year students
Official staff are very slow at work and also I don't know why but they seem very frustrated from their life.

Admission:

There are multiple reasons to choose this course and collage over others . Firstly market is trending for IT guys . Secondary it's quite affordable and also near to my house. Third one is that the it is very reputed college

Homest review after studying 2 years there

Teaching staff is very good. College is at good place
College placement are very good u can get very good package

Students feel bit hectic as there would be both classes and labs happening simultaneously

You can get admission easily by appearing in open counselling and through online counselling. You can get admission in 1st year after 10th and in 2nd year after 12th through lateral admission. There are reservations for different categories

Best college in Haryana for diploma engineer.

It's placement is very excellent i never expected that after completing i will in msil but it's make it true.
The campus staff is friendly. And well educated labs also available and all another facility.

The college building is old because it's is made before the independence.
The college no provide any transport facility.

The admission process is very smooth. The first registration opened in May -June after that document verification process in college then the cut-off list was published after that counseling was done on behalf of the cut-off. The cut-off depends on ranks on 10th merit basis after counseling is completed admission is done this is suitable for a 10th pass only no entrance exam. For the 12th student entrance exam is scheduled after the exam rank decides on the bases of the exam and the same process is carried out as 10 th students.

Factory That Produces Engineers

First of all, there are two ways to get admission into this college. One is after 10th class and another is after 12th class in which you get admission in the second year(lateral entry). If you are applying after the 10th then first you have to take exam name DET (Diploma Entrance test) in which the score is calculated and your rank is generated which varies from 1 to 1000 in which 1 is the highest and 1000 is the lowest. And after that, if you scored a good rank then you go through the admission process by submitting your documents and your admission fee. Another way is similar to the first one if you are applying after 12th (Non-med) then you have to give the exam name DET-L(Diploma Entrance test - Lateral) and same way rank is calculated in this exam and after that, you go through the admission process and submitting your fees. And there is also a third way to get admission in this college which is open councelling in which you have to come to college to give a test and you get admission.

So, one of my cousins was pursuing the diploma in the same college and my brother suggested I do the same. I was initially hoping to enrol in mechanical but I got the computer in the first counselling and I just went with it. On the day of counselling, I was missing a document that was pending from my school and I had to go back to my school to get it to rest all was hassle free. It didn't take much time and I had gotten the admission to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes. I got placement in my college last year. in subros. And i were do industrial visit in yakult. And sugar factries. I visit in cnc machines industries. and i learnt many more things. And these things are very helpful for placement offers. My 1st industrial visit in yakult.
