SHIATS, Entrance Exam, I got 89 rank. I opt this college because of its culture, heritage history, beautiful and green campus, diversity of students from all over country. I heard a lot about their cultural activities and right to freedom, supportive proctor office.

Course structure is standard, which you gets in every AICTE approved college. It also has grade A from NECC accreditation. There are not much of electives except NCC, volunteering etc. In every semester there are 6 courses on an average. Labs are big with required machinery and will actually got chance to do practicals and experiments as per your will and guidance.

Yes, Many companies from larger ones to startups. There is also a option to in house non technical internship i.e. as a junior professor or lab assistant. They gives very good pay out as well as slashes tuition fee for higher studies.

There are many campus drive happens of both pooled and individual. On an average 10-15 companies visits campus each year. Companies like infy, Thought Works and many start-ups. Packages are in good range i.e. 2 lac to 6 lac. Thought Works is giving package of 6.5 lac plus benefits.

There are conference happening all over the year. Every festival is celebrated very warmly. Cultural programs and festivals like freshers, farewells , musical concerts, agricultural festival melas. Yearly festival is celebrated for a week with great number of participants. Students also volunteer there and get free food passes from college.

Yes, college do provide scholarships by deduction in fees based on performance in last semester and overall curriculum. For availing that you have to request in registrar and VC office. For loans, every nationalised bank provides loans very easily because of college prestige.

Campus life is that much good that i named this review as, my dream life. Very green, environment friendly, and big campus having great parks, auditoriums, play grounds for football, cricket, Outdoor basketball court, Indoor Tennis badminton court. Musical instrument available for practice. Various Cafeteria in every department and central canteen with utility store, copies shop.

College seniors are very supportive. Zero ragging, anti ragging cell to monitor brute forces. Seniors also provides classes to interested students. They will also guide you about understanding college patterns of learning. There is a program through which Alumni are connected with college.

Labs sessions happen once in a week for each subject. Mostly 3 subjects have labs in every semester. So there are nice and chilling. Internal exams happens twice in each semester. After the that, there are university exams in end of semester. And must to mention there is a very long break after each semester may extends to 20 days.

I attended the counselling session. Everything is very well managed. Residence and food provided is very good. Administration is very good. I got a chance to meet Vice Chancellor as in person along with my father. And he also did a great favour to me by providing some discount on annual tuition fee. Registrar office is very friendly. Senior student s as volunteers are very supportive and helped me to choose right stream.

Faculty is great, very popular names in list. There are names who written engineering books also. Some visiting faculties from IIIT, Jhalwa also. My HOD is retired army Colonel, he is a great source of knowledge and provides right guidance. Worth mentioning name of Professor Hari Mohan Singh, he is the key factor to the students analytical abilities and high in confidence attitude.
