Campus experience at DBIT

Many colleges I had applied to. I availed GM quota through KCET. Admission criteria are to have a minimum of 60% of marks. It was a good experience at the time of admissions that they provided proper details and process of admission.

I am from Electrical and Electronics engineering. There are a good number of faculty in the department who teaches different subjects based on their specialization. All of them have completed Mtech and some with PhD too.

Many companies have offered internships like Bosh and many more with a stipped of 6 to 10k. I have completed the "Arduino based waste segregation and management system" which classifies the waste into dry and wet automatically

Students are eligible from the 7th semester to attend campus placements Many companies visit the campus every year and a student can have maximum of 3 offers Average package is 3.5lpa and most of the students are successful in availing it.

They have a very affordable fees structure. Provide scholarships too with student e-pass scheme. I have been placed in cognizant Technological Solutions company with a good package. And college provides goos placement assitance too.

The name of the annual fest is VISMAY and is usually conducted in the month of April-may every year. The library is well equipped with a huge collection of books and journals. classrooms have CCTV and Projector facility The college has a sports department which has all the sports equipment
