I had applied to other colleges like PESU, Dayand Sagar, RNSIT and BMS. Unfortunately, i didnt meet the expected cut-off. The decent college that i got in my rank was Don Bosco Institute of Technology. I joined through KCET. I didnt want to join any good colleges through Management quota and through COMEDK as the fee is quite higher compared to KCET. The exams that are accepted to join DBIT are KCET and COMEDK.

My KCET examination's rank was withheld as there was some problem in uploading my 12th marks to the website. I was left with one option that is to join colleges through COMEDK. I wanted to join colleges like Dayanand Sagar, RNSIT, etc. I couldn't make it as my rank was quite low. To be honest my COMEDK exam didn't go well. I got a rank of 37,371. The only college which was quite decent for the rank that I got was Don Bosco Institute of technology. So, I had to join DBIT.

I got a confirmed admission from ruas ( ramaiah University of applied sciences ) I chose this college over others because of placements this college provides and the fee affordability compared to other college .... I got rejection from many colleges like rnsit, msrit because I didn't meet their cutoff in comedk . Admission process was pretty normal like other colleges . Comedk and kcet were given to enter this college .

I was aiming to get into Dayanand sagar's management branch in CSE with design , but couldn't get into it because the cut-offs were high due to COVID and also because I didn't give my best. One can get into our college by writing KCET , COMEDK or by Management quota and SNQ.
