Average and pocket Friendly university

The basic eligibility for admission in the BCA program at UIET CSJMU is that you must have 60% aggregate in PCM in 12th. University releases form for entrance exam once every year probably in May or June. There is an entrance test that decides the rank list and eligible candidates. Students under AIR 200 can think they will get admission in the general quota. On the day of counselling, you have to produce required documents including the 10th and 12 marks sheet along with migration and character certificate.

The faculty members are well qualified. Most of them are very friendly, and their teaching style is great. The course curriculum is very relevant and based on the current industry demand. Most of the professors have done their PhDs and have very good knowledge of the subjects. Some of the faculty members show you affection as your parents.

Various tech and management companies visit campus regularly and provide internships to curious students. University also provides some internships in collaboration with the giant technology college IIT KANPUR.

The only 3rd-year student is available for campus placement. TCS, NASSCOM, WIPRO, TATA, Tech MAHINDRA visited the campus last year. The student placed 16 lakh highest package and 2 lakh lowest package. Approx 65% of students places in every branch and 40% of students go to the NIMCET exam, state and central exam for MCA. Last year 3 students are selected to pursue MCA in JNU.

Fees for the BCA course is 45000 per year excluding expenses made on food lodging and books, internet connectivity etc. Most of the campus students get scholarships under POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH. The average scholarship amount is approx 40000 per year. Beyond this university also have a poor students assistance fund, which provides financial aid to needy students.

University organises an annual fest every year and every year there are several tech fests also. There is a wide scope for sport. Anyone interested in any sport can go for it. The gender ratio is 2:1. A student came to study here from all over India creating a diverse and beautiful culture. Every student has their own freedom of living. There isn't any discrimination in the varsity based on gender, caste and area.
