I got admission in the college through MHT-CET. I scored 114 in the test. I joined this college because this was the best college within my range.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

As the college is affiliated with Mumbai university, the curriculum is designed by the university. I wouldn't say that the curriculum and the reference books are of supreme standard but it is better than most of the colleges in India. The curriculum doesn't seem to be research oriented.

Internships Opportunities

I am a 1st year student so I don't have much idea about this. I know that the college helps to find internships.

Placement Experience

4

The college has recently achieved 100%placement. Reputed companies like JP Morgan, IBM, Tata Power, Google, HSBC, Godrej, L&T, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc are the major recruiters. Average package is 3.5 lakhs. Morgan Stanley gives the highest package of around 13 lakhs.

College Events

2.5

The college has four festivals in an academic year. There are two technical festivals, one cultural festival and one sports festival. The fests are very exciting and allow the students to display their knowledge in various fields. They are also fun events and students participate overwhelmingly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is different for different categories of students. General category students have to pay an annual fee of Rs. 120000 approximately. OBC category students have to pay around Rs. 65000 while SC/ST category have complete fee waiver. As the college is a Christian minority college, there is a considerable amount of fee waiver for Christian students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Various scholarships for girl students, socially backward students, economically backward students, students belonging to religious minorities are awarded.

Campus Life

4

The gender ratio in the college is pretty good. Although the number of boys in each class is slightly more than the number of girls. There aren't much student parties and the college is very strict. The college atmosphere is fairly diverse and extremely tolerant regarding every aspect.

Exam Structure

There are two unit tests and and an end-sem exam for every semester. Daily, two hours are alloted for practicals(labs). There are weekly workshops. On an average the daily schedule is quite manageable. The exams are very tough and one needs to study a lot for securing good grades.

Admission

I applied through the CAP round and got placed here in the 4th round. The administration was very helpful and the admission process was simple. I had to just submit all the documents in the college which were beforehand verified by DTE(directorate of technical education).

Faculty

4

Most of the faculty members are high to moderately educated and are well qualified. The faculty members make enough efforts to complete the course and help the students in understanding the concepts in the limited time. The effort from the faculty is always there but due scarcity of time and interest among students, faculties find it difficult to manage the crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They are scheduled the exams late sometimes which is not good for students because after that we don't have time to study like they give us the time of 1 month to study for semister exam and before the month is the internal exam that's why we didn't get the time for study for the semester exam
