All you need to know about the college if you are future engineer

It was very close to my house that's the only reason I took admission in this college 1st year of my college was fine but after the Covid and lockdown the situation of college got really worst People did not get placements and the ones who did they had to sit at home for more than 6 months About the curriculum and teaching - this college needs to change their staff and hire people who can actually teach something to students We were giving open book exams after Covid and that's definitely not very good way for preparing for exams where students have music plugged in their ear and just copying everything

College placement were really disappointing No good companies were in college at that time people from technical background were getting selected for non technical jobs and also not getting paid enough

Year wise you have to pay 92000 for open category but If your income is less than 8lacs you can get 50% scholarship there is manegement kota too and yes you also get scholarships for different categories and tution fees is off of you have got good scores in JEE mains and MHT CET exam

There are lot of annual cultural festivals in the college there is no specific month where they happen but usually by the end of the academic year college fest is held and in the beginning the freshers parties are going on then college cultural department have also opened their own music studio Library facilities are good Lot of extra curricular activities in sports also happen and There are clubs for different departments too

I applied for BSC in garware college, S P college and ferguson college But then I got selected in zeal college for engineering also it was near to my house. You must have 10+2 science and good scores in your jee mains and MHT CET There is procedure you need all your documents cleared 1st then college staff helps you to fill the form and everything till you get admission in this college they also help in getting scholarship if you are eligible When I was the student in zeal college it was under SPPU but after I passout from this college they made it autonomous so right now the procedure might vary

Faculty members Just sleep during the college I mean that was a horrible experience that teachers are not well prepared for lectures as well and I don't know what on earth will happen to the students who take admission in that college I was totally disappointed in staff and didn't even have teacher for subjects we chose we studied on our own

I've never attended or witnessed night life of the college so I can't really answer this question but girls were not allowed to go out of the college hostel after 7 pm I can say it's very safe if you are a girl and living in college hostel
