Remarks

Too many as mentioned above in every question posed.

Entrance Preview

Opting for B.Ed was giving a push to the dreams that I had been perusing since the age of 8. Entrance exam that I had to go through was just a small step towards building my dreams and it was CET exam which required logical and teacher's aptitude and ability to be measured. Being in the college, BTTC was of my dreams, firstly because it comes under one of the top three colleges in Mumbai for this course and secondly the placements that they provide. In the online admission process, I was not given admission in this college but since my dedication and luck favoured me, I was called for an interview process which was taken by the Principal and other Faculty members of the college. After leaving from the interview that I had been selected for, I had gained some kind of confidence in me that I will get admission in this college and that happened soo soon which was not at all expected. First day of the college was ok ok but the feeling of entering the college u desire was something very blissful. Completing a year and half in this college, I now feel that though the college is good in its work, but the teachers and the principal are not at all supportive. They bombard you wid sooo many stuffs where even if u want to fall sick, you jus cannot. Lastly I am just waiting for the degree of B.Ed from this college only for its name and fame now time for the third semester exams and too much burden of notes, practicals, exams, and what not.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Too boring since the course has become a two year course, it stretches too much and the college is an icing on the cake wherein they just waste time in stupid seminars and teacher's being busy with their own works. For small small things, the teachers which are provided with work by the Principal, are directly put on us. The teachers teach the lessons on equality, no partiality and favoritism, but they themselves are partial, have favorites in class, and are two faced. Never ever they complete the portion on time which is the biggest drawback.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it does but no stipend actually they said that since we need schools for practice teaching, which is a practical part of our syllabus, we cannot demand for stipend from the schools as they do not require us it is us who needs schools for our teaching practices.

Placement Experience

2

The schools wherein the placements are provided are big and famous schools in bombay the name of the college is enough for the placements is what the teachers and the ex-students say now in January 2017, we will actually know about the placements since as yet, there have been no placement calls for the teachers of B.Ed course in our college.

College Events

2

Every event is celebrated. Be it Independence day, Republic Day, Holi, Diwali, Christmas each and every event is celebrated. And students are forcefully asked to participate in each event. Also there is a BTTC week celebration that happens every years in February. Also an event named Cultural Kaleidoscope is inculcated for teachers which proves the Unity In Diversity formula.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. And the fees are made to be paid using demand drafts but the things which I did not understand is, which college takes Rs.12500 for stationary and laboratory usage even for college maintenance they include the money but do not even provide AC in hot climates even after so much of request.

Fees and Financial Aid

Have not at all attained any but yes it does provide scholarship facility which one of my fellow class friend obtained.

Campus Life

3

Yes they are good with all activities but the things is everything here is done forcefully. If u don't do, u are either threatened for getting less marks in internals or some other things that they can relate. As it is, everything happens in the college for favorites only.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel is not provided the college shares it's canteen which is highly priced and have no sense of making anything the prices get renewed every 6 months but the quality is not at all good. Also the space that the canteen has is very less as there are two colleges in our college including ours which becomes too crowdy due to the media students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are actually I'd have met them early, would have taken a second thought about the college even they said that you will hate the college but the college has its name in the professional market.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted smoothly but the only drawback is that they take exams back to back even if the portion for the finals is not covered the exam Hal is quite huge, but during the summers and before the rainy season starts, due to humid climate the hot airs disturbs a lot n even after there being AC's in the halls, those are only used during stupid seminars and board exams.

Admission

I had filled the form online but did not get placed then there was an option for offline form wherein we had to go n fill the form in the college which I did and after the round of interview, and too many question and answer session with the Principal and the Faculty teachers, I got selected which was not at all believable.

Faculty

2

As mentioned earlier the faculty is least bothered about any body they directly say that they have private life and cannot assess our assignment thought mails at home, but we have to slog even during our personal time just to finish the work and tasks given by the teachers. The faculty is so worst which I have never seen In past so many years of my schooling and college.

Bachelor of education (B.ed) is a professional couse and hence I pursued this couse as I want govt job . Teachers are very helpful and internship was easy , we completed our internship at ease . They sent us to local schools which have less to no facilities, some school lack basic amenities such as bathroom and water . Even some schools have 10-20 student. All the schools are marathi medium , I was allotted rashtra saint tukdoji vidyalaya and sushil himmatsinghka vidyalaya, both are top school of wardha but the distance is too much.
