Ajith's Review On Sri Eshwar College Of Engineering - [SECE], Coimbatore

College management was one of the best including our Chairman and Principal.

I joined this college through Management Seat, I researched lot about this college and I applied there. There was an initial interview with the Chairman and Principal.

Course was a 4 years duration consist of 8 semesters. It is fair good enough to get a good idea about the subjects. there were 4 electives in the last 2 semesters. Faculty also worked so hard to finish the portions within time period. The students were also attended the extra hours without fail to complete the portions.

College does not provide any direct internships, they helped out to apply for different sectors. And they invited different companies to have a visit to our college so that they get an idea about the quality of students.

100 % assured placements from the college with different MNCs. few of them were fortune 500 companies like Infosys, tech mahindra , coca cola, TCS, UST global, accenture etc .They offered a package around 3 lacks to 7 lacks per year and almost all students get offer letter within one month of course completion.

There were different cultural and sports festivals were conducted. we also invited different colleges from all over the India to participate in our events. We conducted talents day, annual day, sports meet, symposium and other technical and scientific events in the college.

Fees structure is some what mixed, as the students which gets admission through merit has lower fees annually i would say around 70000, and for the students through management seats has some higher fees around 1,20,000 yearly including hostel and books and others included in both the cases.

Our college provided free zero balance account opening facility from cooperation bank. They also helped in availing the loan from different banks. Our management also provided flexibility in paying the fees.

Campus life was so good there, the campus was raging free and there were anti-ragging committees, Gender ratio was almost equal. There were no politics and all. All the facilities were excellent including the Computer labs and other workshops with all modern equipment.

Hostel facility is one of the best, neat and hygienic place to stay with daily cleaning and ironing facility. Free wifi and ample play ground. good food court for snacks and juices with different items. Mess food was also top notch hygienic and tasty food for all.

College seniors were so friendly and helpful, there were no issues with them. College is also conducting alumni meet every year to maintain relationships with all the students.

Exam structure was good periodic internal exams and semester exams with adequate time to study and hangouts. It was not at all a hectic deal. Some days extra classes were provided to complete some portions before the exam dates or else the schedule was fine.

Initially I applied through the website of the college and got an interview call. Process consist of submission of mark-lists and filling of different forms. The front office people was so helpful and cleared all the doubts about completion of forms.

All faculty were Post Graduated and well qualified. HODs were almost a minimum of 10 + years of experienced professors . I would rate them as 10 out of 10. Best ever professors with good knowledge. They were so helpful and provided all the facilities which we need to study. They worked so hard to get the best results.
