Remarks

The Admission Process was through MHT-CET, with no minimum marks or age criteria. You can avail of EBC Quota if your annual family income is less than 1 lac. There was no counseling date as such due to the pandemic situation. Admissions were done offline but the rest of all other stuff was online.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this Computer Science Because I was always interested in learning about Technology. The student: faculty ratio is near about 50. All Faculties teach good and currently, the teaching method is online due to pandemic situations. But still, faculties have managed to teach at the best level they can. Term exams are happening in 6 months usually but due to pandemic, it is happening in 3 months currently.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am in the first year of college, I do not know much about the Internships and all. but the Website has all the stats related to placements and Internships. If you want to check, you can check there. I will update the review as soon as I will get any update.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible in the fourth year for placements. Companies like TCS, Infosys, etc come for placements. About 70-80% of students get placed. The average package is around 3.4 lac, I do not know much about the placement scenario but Companies like TCS, Wipro also come for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are quite reasonable, there are few quotas like EBC for those whose family income is less than 1 lac . TFWS , for 5% students of each division with the highest percentile in MHT-CET. Scholarships/ Financial Assistance is given to OBC , ST , SC and all other castes. I am in the 1st year so I do not have got any Job yet.

Campus Life

Currently, Everything is Online and hence I do not know much about it, but there is a group where book lovers and anime lovers share their experiences and books they read. I do not know many sports or other extracurricular activities.

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). The faculty is the worst part about the college

Our college facilities is not good. The faculty is the worst part about the college. They do not take classes instead they burden us with lots and lots of homework and assignment. They want us to perform very well in the exam but they won't bother themselves to take classes. Even if they take class, they teaching is not proper wave.
