Remarks

There was a centralized entrance exam for admission to all the universities and affiliated colleges in BCA. I did not avail any quota being a general category student. The minimum requirement is 50% in boards and 45% in maths for admission. After the university entrance result appointment letter for counseling was issued and finalized the admission by making a fee submission

Course Curriculum Overview

BCA gives an opportunity to all the computing aspirants to gain some computing-driven skills over the span of 3 years. The faculty is 1 for every 20 students. All the faculty are at least postgraduates. The exam type is moderate.

In the last year, 5th sem students start looking for placement opportunities, and companies starts their recruiting and placement cell will assist them in all aspect and will assist students in picking up new skills overstay at the college which will help students

Fees and Financial Aid

It was pretty much stagnant and just a 1k per year increase. The government scholarships are always there. The tuition fee is well justified with the quality of education is imparted by the faculty and in the scenario of online classes and financial strain, it doesn't put a strain on the pockets of the parents.

Campus Life

There is college fest and technical fest are pretty regular but due to covid lockdown and other issues, they were either done on a small scale or were completely canceled in the interest of students. The seniors are very helpful and will assist their juniors and guide them on the right path.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanna be a software engineer so that's why I'm pursuing this degree . actually I wanna do b tech but it seems quite expensive and I can't even efforts it . And also I've some courses in computer science that increases my interest in this field so yeah ????. My clg is good but most of the university don't even know how the tech is evolving how they have to prepare for students and not everything you'll learn through clg right? You've to put your own efforts so that you can know what's the skills that you've to learn. That basically stand out to differently in that field. Overall clg is good fine but the thing that we have to know is to upskill our skills and prepare for ral world scenarios . And I don't want to change the teaching methods and all but yeah they should have to focus real world scenarios rather than just teaching academic stuffs.and frequency of exams I don't even feel it cuz that's my first sem so I don't know much . But I think exams are tough

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.
