I give UPSEE( Uttar pradesh state engineering entrance). I opt for this college because it is one of the finest college in UP. It provide good placement oppurtunity and helping to the overall development of the student.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had a four year course in computer science and engineering. In first year i studied basics of all the core branches. In second and third year i studied subjects related to my branch such as database, data structure, networking etc. In final year i need to make a major project as a part of our curriculum and studied subject related to my branch.
Internships Opportunities
No,our college doesn't provide internship but they always encourage us to go in the industries and show our skills there and grab a intern . Our college provide training in java, c, php, R, etc.
Placement Experience
Placement offers are decent.There are about 70 companies which visits our campus. Last year 192 students got placement offers from various companies of around average package of 3.2 LPA. The major recruiters are TCS, Tech mahindra, Newgen, Fiserv, Kronos, Snapdeal, Smartprix, ION trading, HUL,Torrent Power,CSC,Samsung, HCL, Wipro, HP etc.
College Events
Our college organising a events like EPOQUE which contains a celebrity night and various competitions of dance,singing, painting and many more. Technical events like infotech are also organising which provide to show their innovating skills. Project exhibition is also organising in which team of 2 or 3 is formed and make a project. Sport fest is also organising in which team from various colleges are participated.
Fee Structure And Facilities
First year fees of B.tech is about 119750, Second year fees of B.tech is 104450, Third year fees of B.tech is 104450, Fourth year fees of B.tech is 104950. Fee structure also contain a security fee of around 5000. Hostel fee is around 76000 for triple seater, 78000 for double seater.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a reward awarded to the students who exceeds their own limitations and get very good grades in examination held. College also helps students with the scholarship program provided by the U.P. government.
Campus Life
Campus life is simply astonishing. You feel as you are in new world. Gender ratio of our college is very good as compared to other premiere college in our department boys to girl ratio is 7:3. our college keep organising a workshop which help students to learn different things.
Alumni/Alumna
There is an alumni meet in the college in which all the alumni are meet. There is a KIET alma connect in which student and alumni can interact with each other and provide guidance to the college students.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is divided in two parts - Internal and External. Internal Exams consists of Class tests, Pre-Semesters exams , teacher assessments, attendance, internals practicals consists of lab files and viva. Externals consists of end semester exam conducted by university.
Admission
First there is an online counselling in which i need to fill my choices of college and branch. After that the result of counselling is declared in nearly 10 days than there was an upgradation round in which my choice are upgraded if student in above opted out.
Faculty
Faculties are qualified from good institutes and also holds a post graduation degree with a great research work in their field. They seems to be well interested while teaching their particular course subjects and are also very interactive during sessions.
