Candidates must have passed 12 Science exams with a minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics compulsory subjects. The admission process is online. You have to pay Rs.300 for participating in Counselling.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as Prime college has the Most Advanced Mechanical Labs and one of the finest faculty. All the faculty have at least 3-4 years of experience and have deep knowledge of their specialization. All faculty have Master's degrees. faculty gives you practical knowledge about the subjects. Faculty provides Important questions for University examinations. 80 % of the questions come from Important questions due to which passing the exam was a piece of cake. College faculty takes you for an industrial visit due to which you learn the practical application of the machines.

In the final year, college provides you an internship placement where you can get help for your final year finals with some earnings too. After completion company absorbs you only. 80-90 % of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees are Rs. 45000 per year which you can pay in 2 installments. ( i.e. per semester). You can get college scholarship if you have secured 75 % or above in 10 + 2 (Scholarship of 25 % - 100%). You can additionally apply for MYSY scholarship (provided to domicile of Gujarat) if you have secured 65 % or above. College provide you with the Internship placement where you can apply your theoritical knowledge and get financial independence.

Campus Life

College celebrates almost all festivals like Navratri, Valentine days, sports day, annual function, etc. College also organizes techfest so that students can apply their theoretical knowledge. The college has a smart class with all the basic amenities such as Projector, Sound system, Internet. The college has various social groups which go to a nearby village for all possible help.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

The Average collage life

Placement Experience:

this is tier 3 collage of surat so don't expect higer placements and big mnc come for the placements, in my placements they commited over 25+ local companies come from surat but actually only 15 has come and only 20 students got placement accross over 200 students(computer + IT). and the average placement is 2.5 lakh oper year. and most of the companies are red flag because they want students to sign 1-2 year bond with very low salary. then lets about training for placement, its ZERO big ZERO they dont provided the placement training, i have seen 90 students from 120 gets failed in apptitude round. they have not provided training for cracking the coding interview only those students are placed who have done preparation by it self even 9+ CGPA students didn't get placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is actually pretty nice . Subjects are tought according to the needs but the problem is about they do not update course according to the needs like `right now everyone should know how to use AI tools well , these small thing should also include in it. Apart from technical subjects they also have communication , ethics , personality developemt as a subject too but with less credits.

Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya: A true blend of speed and power of knowledge

Placement Experience:

Placement is there and around 92-95% students get placed every year which is quite good in current economy. Highest package offered was 12LPA which is decent for aa college openend less than a decade ago. Average package is around 6LPA to 7LPA. There is no restrictions in semester in which a student can apply for placement but usually 3rd and 4th year students are the one applying. My plan after degree is higher studies in colleges like Monash etc

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon

IITRAM is as good as IITs

Placement Experience:

TCS, Cognizant, Amazon and L&T Infotech and others are the ones that have been responsible to hire students of our college with a monthly salary of 100k or more. Students get associate roles and around 90% of the students of IITRAM are placed from campus every year.

The exams come after 6 months. it is an external exam held by GTU. The internal exam was held by the college. The weekly test is provided by the college. There is no Difficult to pass the exam. it is very easy for hard-working students.

Review of a Prime institute

The admission process is nice we don't have to give any entrance exams for admission to this college we just have to give the gujcet exam. You'll get the application form from the college or you can get admission from Acpc. But there's a problem in this college they keep our original documents like board results, leaving certificate, etc. It should not be taken during the admission process they should only take the Xerox copy of all the documents. there are no reservations about the admission process in my college....Read More
