Remarks
I had applied for many colleges under kcet criteria, but I got snq in some colleges which was not good. I selected don bosco institute of technology which was very good in all the departments. the admission criteria were based on kcet ranking, i had 28k rank in kcet. the admission fees included government and college fees. counseling was done in pu board for all the kcet students, and then we visited the college for further process.
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically, I was a pcmb student in pu. I had a mindset of joining MBBS. when that dream didn't happen I opted for the best branch of engineering. I did my BE in the electronics and communication branch. Good college infrastructure. The faculties are really friendly. They help us in all the difficulties. The College campus is eco-friendly.
Internships Opportunities
College ties up with some of the companies in different domains to provide internships to the students. if the student is ready to take internship from the college, they will provide. but don't depend only on college for internships. The project process and outcomes in these colleges are very good. you will get a good guide to help you in the project process.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, you will be eligible to attend campus drives. There are many companies tied up with this college. in the years 2020 and 2021, we got many big companies in this covid pandemic also. Almost all the students get placed. if a student makes an effort to build his/her carrier, this college strives to get as many opportunities for the student.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no fee hike. once you joined here, your entire fees per year remain the same as what you have paid in the first year. That is if you have paid 85k in the first year, it remains the same for all the remaining years. this was in my case. From the government, you will get epass scholarships. and college supports and helps you in getting it.
Campus Life
Each and every year there will 2 to 3 fests and many tech fests. we can see lots and lots of books in the library. the library is so big and it has a very good environment. classrooms are big enough to occupy around 60 to 70 students. The classrooms are very clean. each year there will be sports competitions and many other activities to showcase unique talents. there are several groups on Instagram, we have alumni telegrams also to share any opportunities in any companies.
