After clear my UPSEE examination, through Counselling, I was allotted this college. The admission procedure was quite easy, hassle-free. Supportive faculty and administrators made the process easy and quick.
Course Curriculum Overview
Internal exams were conducted with punctuality every month. The college is strict about the attendance criteria which is actually beneficial for us. It wasn't hard to pass the exams even if we have paid a little attention in class and more concentration did reward us with good marks
Internships Opportunities
The IPC department arranges several internship opportunities with different companies like BYJUs, Capgemini, Adobe, IBM, and many more and different roles according to the year and department you study in. I did an internship with the departmental electronics team and virtually designed a thermally scanner-based lock system of a door to work in covid-times under the faculty in-charge guidance and mentorship. The outcome was amazing as we could learn to use new software and designing through it and will work on its model too after the pandemic ends and college reopens.
Placement Experience
Though we are prepared for the interview since the beginning of our college days, we get to sit into the placement interviews in the 7th Sem. The highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 4-5 LPA. Reputed companies like Wipro, TCS, Adobe, IBM, Infosys offer job opportunities with a good salary structure. Almost all the students eligible for the placement get placed based on their academic performance and soft skills. I am looking forward to getting a good placement and ace in my department.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the complete year are 1,20,000 and no additional cost for the library or extra course or anything is added which makes it affordable. No fee hole policy is there. I have enrolled in 2019 and still studying. I haven't been placed yet but have got good internship opportunities. I have seen my seniors getting well placed though.
Campus Life
Epoque is the biggest fest of our college. It's a 3-day function with different activities and celebrity guests. Live DJ, singers, dancers are arranged which makes the fest a lot of fun. Its most probably conducted in the month of February. Rann is the sports fest we have. different types of sports, games, athletics are arranged and we are given a chance to showcase our talent. We have an inter-college competition too. Its mostly conducted in January. We have a huge Library which has almost all types of books, journals, daily newspapers, magazines. Along with that, we have a study hall where we can do self-study. Different clubs are there for all sorts of extracurricular activities to let us indulge in everything apart from studies like dance, singing, poetry, games too. @steppers_ for dance, @uddeshyya_ for social work, @kietmusicclub for music, kiet_kavyanjali for poetry, and many other websites are run by the students. kiet_group_of_institition can be referred for more details.
