Remarks
Right now I am pursuing BCA from Teerthankar Mahaveer University which is also know as TMU. TMU provides a unique environment for student to grow under the guidance of experienced academicians and to acquire creativity, innovation, and technial. The admission criteria is that you have to submit your 10 or 12 class marksheet photo state. Minimum marks required were 55% in 12th boards.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because it is in the field of computer science as well as the field of software and web devlopment. There are 15000+ students and 900+ faculties and also we have guest faculty of 200+. All the faculties are P.hd holders.
Internships Opportunities
Companies that offer internships are NIIT, Zycus, Wipro, zenpact, ITC offer internships, and training. They help us to get experience related to jobs we are offered. Projects are to improve our technical skills.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semester for campus placements. The companies which visited TCS, wipro, Infosys, aspirant nxt, KMPG, Genpact, ITC, etc. More than 100 offers are made. Highest package lies between 5- 6 lacs and average package is 3 lacs. Percentage of students getting placed are 60%. My goal is to get placement in a reputed Multinational Company.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are more than 150 programs and the fee for the various programs are different. Students can pay the fee by net banking or by cash . University also provides the scholarship for the student, criteria of scholarship are that you need 60 % in 12 th class.
Campus Life
There are many fests like SPLASH. it is a fest which we celebrate 14 days before Holi. Also, we celebrate women's day, IEEE day. the library of the college is fantastic you get a number of books related to your course. There is a sports meet named 'Spardha'.
Interview Experience
No there is no group discussion or interview round there is only a simple test which is based on your 10 and 12. so you don't need to worry about the test. for admission, you need to talk with the college ambassador.
