Remarks

I have applied to many colleges like DAVV, GSITS, Vaishnav clg of engineering, Medicaps, but because of nominal marks in jee I am unable to take admission in govt. college and in private college the fees are beyond my limit. These are the few reasons which forced me to take admission in SD Bansal clg. because here the fees were according to the 12th percentage and st/sc/obc students also get scholarship so I had taken the admission in bansal clg.The admission process is very simple. You can directly apply here. There are only few documents required for taking admission like adhar card,12th marksheet, and jee marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have so much interest in electronics and communication because this gives me so many opportunities in both the private and government sector. Here the teachers are highly experienced and qualified in their field. All teachers have mastery in their field. And the teachers are very supportive and the methods of teaching are excellent. Here the best thing that clg always scheduled test and mid term test so we always well prepared for the exam .so we have not faced any problem at the time of exam. we passed the exam with very good Mark's.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Here the fees were according to your Mark's in 12th. Like if you have a Mark's in 12th above 85% so your fees will be 25k per year. if the percentage is between 80-85% it will be 35k and so on. and this is not based on the caste system this is for all category students and st/sc/obc students also get a scholarship.

Campus Life

Life on the campus was full of knowledge, and unforgettable memories. The clg give so much importance to greenary. Here techfest is also organized every year .and sports activities, and other cultural activities also organized in each semester. Here the library was full of different types of books. Here the technical knowledge books, course-related books, Novels, and general studies books all are found.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

A balanced and Review : the good and the bad
