Remarks

During my admission in engineering, I visited many colleges present in Indore along with my parents. But this was the only college where I felt best and decided to get admitted. The counselor was very good and polite and motivating. And the admission process is very easy. Admission was given on the 12th percentage criteria.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are always there to help you and they always keep on motivating students. All the faculties are very hardworking and their teaching pattern is fabulous. Exams and practicals are held timely without any delay. A proper timetable and schedule are followed for everything.

Placement Experience

Placements are awesome here. Even in the pandemic, 70% of my batchmates got placed in good companies. And many of them got placed in mnc's like TCS, Wipro, persistent system, and many more. 12 LPA is the highest package for the 2021 batch and proper guidance for placement is given to each and every student.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very smooth and is affordable. And proper financial aid is given in form of scholarships. The fee structure is decided according to the 12th percentage and even scholarship is provided to avoid any financial barrier.

Campus Life

This college has great infrastructure with all facilities in class, labs, canteen, and even bus facilities are provided for each route. The labs, classroom are well furnished with all basic amenities. Our college also has a library with a wide variety of books and references. Apart from studies timely cultural fest, technical fest, and sports day are organized to keep students refresh and focused.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

A balanced and Review : the good and the bad
