Bansal college is focused on academics more and faculties at Bansal are quite expert in their field of domain. Everyone is working hard to make the future of students bright by conducting tests, tutorials, lab and mock sessions from time to time.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have a tutorial and a discussion session after each unit completion to resolve any doubts if we have. We have 2 mid semester examinations which prepare us well for our final exams. The student faculty ratio at Bansal is approximately 40:1 but teachers can manage this much crowd by giving proper attention to each of them.

From the very beginning, I made projects in c/c++. Then in my second year, I did projects using Java, HTML, CSS and SQL. I made the project for finding the hotels near you. In my third year, I moved towards python and made projects in python. In my final year, I made a project in machine learning.

Placement Experience

I am placed in Tata consultancy services and will opt for my job. I got placed in another company that came on campus i.e is lentra AI. Over 100+ companies take place in the campus drive of Bansal college which provides us with a plethora of opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am the topper of my college and I received an RGPV chancellor's scholarship for performing exceptionally well in my semester examination. I received a scholarship amount of Rs 20000 from the former governor of Madhya Pradesh, Anandi ben Patel in Bhopal.

Campus Life

Our college groups are active on almost all of the social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp. The student community is quite active and ready to help their junior in all possible ways

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.
