If you are interested in agriculture and machinery at the same time .. go for it , it's the best opportunity with a minimum fee structure

I got into this college through the exam of ICAR (Indian council of agriculture research), and got selected in this college, this college has 10-15% seats for icar students (ie. Other state students ), the college is fully equipped with farm machinery and every kind of practical stuff required. They provide various internship opportunities and placements too. Various foreign training programs are also available. Faculty are well trained and educated. The student strength is quite low than that of other colleges in the Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana agricultural university.

I chose this course as a secondary choice and low competition area. The faculty of this college is quite good. Students' strength is about 55 students per year. Teachers are all Ph.D. qualified. The examination is quite tough. You need to go through with the syllabus. Examination of one semester consists of the mid-term and final examinations.

College provides many internship and training options through different ttc throughout India which develops the technical background of the students. Many companies hire students as employees during the training period if they do well.

Students start getting placed in starting of 4th year. Companies like Sonalika, Mahindra, escorts visit our college for placement. Out of 50 students, almost half goes for higher studies and the rest for jobs. Placement is very less so around 10 students get placed through the placement cells. I will prepare for a government job, as this sector gives us allowance for the government sector.

The College fees are very low about 30,000 per year. The students qualified through ICAR and get into a college other than their state gets a scholarship named NTA( national talent award ), this scholarship is provided to the students who successfully secures a seat in any other state college through icar and is able to score at least 7 cgpa without any back in any subject.

All kind of annual fest takes place. Every day a new training is implemented by the faculty or any well-renowned person. The university consists of a giri center, which is a big stadium consisting of rubber tracks, a badminton center, a boxing center, and much more. The social group named FYTM ( first you than me ) is a runner by students of various colleges inside the university which collects funds for poor students and regularly visits villages and orphanages for their help and upliftment. The university is very beautiful, it consists of a pond a botanical garden , and the environment is so beautiful and calm, it feels like heaven.

The hostel is quite good, cleaning of the hostel is done regularly. Meals are also quite good. Hostel charges negligible fees and is affordable for every kind of student. Girls hostels closed at max 7:30 pm in summer and 5:30 in winter. The hostel security is high and electricity is available all time.
