Remarks

This a deemed university with a good reach among recruiters so there is a good chance of placement offers that you can get during your final years. Students with different cultures and practices get enrolled here so we get to learn alot about the diversity. Also the university doesn't focus on the academics only they also give preference to the practical factor and they organize many different lectures and webinars for mental health and personality bulding.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course since I love coding, excellent faculty tries to resolve our every last doubt that we face, they work very hard to build us. The student ratio is pretty good too.For every stream there is 1 teacher to every 30 to 40 students, the university hires teachers constantly so there is very slim chance of a faculty not being there to teach.

Students are eligible to take part in campus hiring from their 7th semester if they are from B. Tech. and their 5th semester if they are from any other course.Many companies have visited our college such as: Adobe with a package of 22LPA, Capgemini with upto LPA offered, TCS with upto 4-5LPA offered, HCL with upto 3-4 LPA offered, Cognizant with upto 4-5 LPA offered, PayTM with upto 5-6 offered, Byjus with upto 10LPA offered.80% of the applying students are getting placed.I plan to pursue Post graduation after my degree.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The recent fee hike for the newer Students seem somewhat reasonable as the courses they offer in the particular stream have broadened drastically. Currently I have not applied for any job on campus as ai was looking forwards to crack GATE. But can't deny the fact that the placement help is very great they help you till the day you will get placed.

Campus Life

The annual fest is something to wait for, there are many cultural and tech fests that are organised by University and even by the student bodies!!The library practically has every book related to our courses never has it happened that I didn't find the book that I needed to study with.Sports culture in our university is diverse as well. Many different sports are played namely Cricket, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Volleyball, etc.The official online student portal is a very secure and trustworthy website, it has practically never seen any downtime or bugs during my time till now.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

I chose this college over others because of its balanced focus on ACADEMICS, PLACEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACULTY SUPPORT, which felt more student-centric compared to the other colleges i applied to. I applied to a few similar private universities and received confirmed admission offers, but I chose this college due to its better course strucutre, approachable faculty and strong placement support. BUILDING MY CAREER AT SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY.

choosing college is one of the biggest decision we makes.When I was looking at option in and around locknow,I applide to a few big names like AMITY UNIVERSITY ,BABU BANARSHI DAS UNIVERSITY AND SRMU.Here is my personal take on why i choose SRMU because When i compared my options, I looked at three main things ROI (value for money), campus vibes and academic pressure. Amity has high fees and have top MNC but very high competion on other hand SRMU has moderate fees and have strong mass recruitment. I initially aimed for AKTU GOVERMENT COLLEGE through JEE MAINS but MY JEE rank was not high enough for top-tier goverment branchs that's why i choose SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY because The curriculum is updated and the faculty is supportive.For admission in ug courses you need 45-50% in class 12th and also accepted JEE MAINS ,CUET AND SRMUSET....Read More
