Remarks

BCA criteria are 12th pass with Mathematics OR Computer related subject. Entrance examination appeared: CET examination in West Bengal. The admission process is a first-come-first-serve basis. Students have to satisfy eligibility criteria and have to appear in the CET exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose BCA as I am crazy about computers. My favorite subject in H.S. was computer applications. Faculty members are highly qualified and have research experience too. They are very cooperative and helpful. Class timing is 10 am to 4:30 pm, 5 days in a week.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Internships Opportunities

At the 5th and 6th semester, several internships offered by the college. Also in the final year, we have a dedicated subject for Industrial Visit. Hands-on workshops and projects are conducted by the college authority in the final year. We got a clear idea about real-life projects in these.

Placement Experience

I am a first-year student so have not got campus placement yet. But placement in our college is very good. Our college provides placements in several multi-national companies like TCS, CTS, Tech-Mahindra, L&T, IBM, Infosis, etc. Generally, we got placement after the 4th semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

BCA fee structure in Kingston School of Management is moderately low in comparison to other colleges. The total course fees are 1 Lakh 30 thousand (130000) in three years. Extra charges INR 8500/- for uniforms that include two sets of the shirt, pants, shoe, tie, and one blazer. All government scholarships are available in this institute. Also, this institute provides a special scholarship for needy students.

Campus Life

Kingston school of management and science is famous for its fest. One annual fest and tech fest is conducted by the college during winter. Other celebrated festivals are BasantaUtsav, Independent day, Saraswati Puja, Biswakarma Puja etc. Several sports events are organized by the college during winter.

Placement Experience:

1 internship company came for bca course forgot the name which was unpaid. 3-4 companies came for placement but only 1 out 26 students got placed. Companies like TCS, wipro, cognizant didn't came. Although they will give email for those companies.

Budget Best College For Students in Sonarpur

Placement Experience:

Mostly what i know, from 7th or 8th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. Wipro, TCS, etc are the companies who come to recruit students from this college. The highest package is like 15 LPA, the average package is around 6-8 LPA. 50-60% of students get placement. After the degree, if i get the job i would like to purse MCA, while doing my job.
