Remarks
I applied for amity as well as NIET but I chose IILM because it had good placements for biotechnology and had good reviews. The college gives scholarships on the basis of board marks and other competitive exams and also it has its own test by the college also. For getting a scholarship one should get above 80% in boards. The admission process was smooth and the counseling was also good. My councilor was a sweet person and she guided me very nicely.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have an interest in medicines and research and also in today's era importance of biotech is growing. The faculty in IILM are really good. They are strict and college is really strict for studies. Every faculty has done a Ph.D. and they are really good at solving students' problems. The sessionals are done timely and final semester exams are also done timely. Papers are sometimes difficult sometimes easy.
Internships Opportunities
In Insta our college gives each detail about the placements of each student and also all workshops, projects made by IILM students, and their outcomes. Our college has many programs every week and many extracurricular competitions as well.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placements, yes of course if they score well. IILM students have got placements in varied areas. In Insta they give update for each student where they have got placement. After getting my degree I'll do the job and I'll do further studies, first MTech and then Ph.D. side by side.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are a total of 1,20,000 for BTech but one can have scholarships to according to their marks scholarships are from 60% to 90% accommodation in fees. As I have seen my seniors also have gone into good jobs and also internship process in our college starts from the second year.
Campus Life
The annual fest is conducted every year in Dec. All books for all years of best authors are in the library. Also, classrooms are good and big enough for social distancing. One can go to the IILM site in Insta, LinkedIn for getting more information about the clubs or websites run by IILM students.
