Excellent education at DEPSTAR

Out of all universities, Charusat is among the top technical universities in Gujarat. Students can get admitted through their JEE rank or GUJCET ACPC rank. The computer science/ Information technology course of CHARUSAT is highly coveted and only the top rankers can get admitted on merit. The administrative staff is very helpful and the campus infrastructure is big, lush green, and very beautiful.

The faculty is very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help students solve their problems. The term exams are conducted on schedule and there are no unnecessary delays. The faculty provide enough course material for students to pass exams easily.

Interned at two software engineering companies in Ahmedabad. Even in the pandemic time, the faculty keep sending emails about potential internships or job openings for students to apply to. Most of these internships provide a stipend once selected.

I plan to do a master's after college so I did not take a placement but the faculties in my university helped me get internships twice. They also groom students for the interview process and teach students how to build a profile and resume. Workshops and seminars are constantly held focusing on latest technological development.

Devang Patel Institute of Advance Technology and Research (DEPSTAR) did not have any fee hike and has been the same I did not get any scholarship for my studies at CHARUSAT. The institute helped me get my internships which gave me valuable industry experience for my career

SPOURAL and COGNIZANCE are the cultural and technical fests held in Charusat. SPOURAL is generally conducted in January and COGNIZANCE takes place around August. All books needed for academic study and various journals are present in the library. The classrooms and laboratories are well equipped. There are various clubs and events which provide students with opportunities for extracurricular activities.

The girl's hostel inside the campus has good rooms with attached bathrooms. Four girls share one bedroom and AC rooms can be taken for higher pay. Mess food can be bad sometimes, other times it is okay. The hostel is affordable. The wifi is good only in some rooms.
