Remarks

IBS Hyderabad is one of the reputed B Schools in the state of Telengana. It has achieved huge name and fame and recently received AACSB accredition. Only top 10% of the institutes in India is under AACSB category. Admission process is quite smooth. Every student needs to clear the cut off after which they have to appear for GD and PI.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course curriculum is quite unique with a major emphasis on Case-Based learning. The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. Since case-based learning is one of the major focused areas, faculties are mostly industry professionals having enormous experience in relevant fields. Exams are conducted semester wise and if you study from Day 1, you can easily be able to ace the exam.

Course Fees: INR 700000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are available from campus. But very companies provide a stipend. However, you have the option to self-generate your internships. You will get hands-on experience on different projects you will be working on.

Placement Experience

Campus placements are pretty good. Almost everyone gets placed from the campus. The average package ranges from 7-8 lakhs while the highest package offered is 14 lakhs. Students gets the chance to sit for the placements from the Ned of 3rd semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is well articulated in the prospectus. It is 14 lakhs excluding hostel fees. You need to pay the tuition fees before the commencement of every semester. If there is any hike in fees structure, it will be informed via email.

Campus Life

Campus life is full of fun. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, everything is online. All the cultural and technical fests are conducted online. There are various clubs, societies, and cells on the basis of different domains. You can join any of them on the basis of your interests.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Faculty is available since the entire MBA program is residential. Both single and dual sharing rooms are available. The meal facility is quite decent and you can also get the provisions to grab snakes from the food stalls.

Interview Experience

GD/PI process is quite smooth and specific slots will be given. You can prepare from the daily current affairs available online and browse various YouTube videos. Go through the business news happening worldwide. For PI, try focusing on your CV and work on your basics.

GoA excellent college leads to good deeds

Course Curriculum Overview:

To settle in the good financial sector and to improve my skills. The student ratio is less in MBA courses. The faculty is less supportive. The faculty is well educated with Ph.D. and Doctraits, Method of teaching should be changed. There was no time for preparation for term exams. It was quite difficult to pass.

IBS has the reputation of one of the best B-Schools in the country, offering innovative and globally accepted programs and great opportunities for all-round development. I heard this from my college , who was a alumni of this institute and convinced me to pursue my Masters from there. For online application, I filled the form available on the official website (www.ibshyderabad.org) followed by online application fee payment around 1000. IBS at its best

My admission process started after i had filled up the college form. The forms are available online as well as offline. The cost of the application fee was INR 2000, after which i was called for an interview on a given date. During this time i paid another INR 20,000 and the admission was based on merit of my class 12 performance with the minimum requirement being 60% with no admission test required for my BBA program. During the interview, I was asked about why I wanted to take BBA and study here.
