Entrance Preview

IIT-JEE AIR-4072 i heard about IIT(BHU)-Varanasi from my cousin who pursued B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from there.

Course Curriculum Overview

In the end, it was a college life and I enjoyed the class time and evaluations in professional life personality development dominates over Engineering knowledge FROM college.

Internships Opportunities

Now the stipend has increased compared to my time the best stipend was 60000₹/month at HUL for 2 months.

Placement Experience

It's IIT (one of the Initial 9s). Keep your grades good, and moreover your first impression on interviewer with your personality will surely get you a promising salary.

College Events

Mainly 3 annual events are held at national level: Sports - Spardha, Cultural - Kashi-yatra, Technical - Technex Also, every faculty(branch/stream) conducts their separate events also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

At my time, Near about 15000₹/semester.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities are improving yoy at my time, 2 students/room having sufficient furniture, Electrical ports, fan etc. In rooms and apart from that every hostel was having toilet density of 1 toilet/5 students and all 4 food mess were serving around 200 students easily.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

I get mails on college updates and college juniors are in contact on social platforms like Facebook etc.

Exam Structure

It's similar to others 2 midterms and 1 semester evaluation for a 6 months long semester.

Faculty

Again, it matters on individual that whether the person will fight, or sustain or ignore the surroundings for 4 years to achieve targets.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
