Good College

Admission was based on my 12th marksheet and merit and I took admission online. Due to corona no GD or Interview was conducted during admission it was direct. This college academics is Amazon certified and they give focus more on practical training rather than on theoretical knowledge unlike other colleges and it is disciplined also in both academics and otherwise. I searched Collegedunia website for selecting this college.

I chose B.tech CSE because it is more easy as compared to other B.tech courses, moreover everyone choose CSE in galgotias as mostly CS students are placed. Faculties are experienced and supportive, they teach and explain well . Quality Circle Meeting is conducted frequently to know that whether faculties are teaching properly or not, if not they are replaced with good ones. Exams are taken very frequently and its also not just easy to pass them unless one studies hard.

Placements totally depends on the student as they will bring companies like TCS, Cognizant etc. but it is your task to pass all the exams of the company. Around 70% students are placed in total. Highest package was 22 LPA by Adobe given to a CSE student though appeared for off campus placement. Placement is just average.

B.tech fee is around 1,59,000 including exam fees which is 10,000 INR. Fee does not increase like other colleges it is constant for 4 years. U.P scholarship is the only scholarship they provide, they do not give their own scholarship and one can take student loan from some banks like BOB or ICICI bank as they have tie up with this college.

There is hardly any Annual fest organized in the past 3 years and Hackathons are conducted every 6 months in this college. Classrooms are air conditioned with projectors but they need maintenance as they are not looked after properly. Library is not updated with the latest editions books and journals, they are rather very old and Library is not so big like in other colleges one sees. Sports ground are there but you have to bring your own football and bat and ball to play as they do not provide these facilities.
