Remarks

I heard the name of PCET brand which is doing extremely good in Management education. Admission Process is also very stringent. It's not easy to get entry in this reputed college. 2 rounds of Interviews where candidate is tested well and encouraged as well. As it is initiative of PCET, I preferred to tale admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty of PBS is well educated and all are PHD degree. Also, college has strong Academic and Industry connect which provides us opportunity to interact with renowned professionals. In Online mode also series like Master Class Series was very well executed by college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. Internships are offered in side campus and in company as well. Paid Internships are offered so student get real life experience and earning also. Big Basket, HDFC, EFL, Asian Paints like companies generally offer both Internship and if performance is good, they hire also.

Placement Experience

PCET known for Placements only. Many On as well as off campus drives are regularly conducted here. They have central TnP Cell. It arranges the famous drives. Many student volunteers are involved in this campus conduction.

Fees and Financial Aid

If we compare the fees of PGDM colleges in Pune, PBS is having lowest fees amongst all. Also option of paying fees in installments is very good. In Campus student get change to work as associate / Intern in various departments like HR, Digital Marketing etc.

Campus Life

College campus is having lush green ground. Sports like Volleyball, Basketball can be played on separate playgrounds. Many extra curricular activities are conducted. Actually PBS has various student cells where student get chance to showcase their talents.

Interview Experience

Due to COVID no physical GD/PI were conducted, but Online Interview (2 rounds) were done. My First round was telephonic. Received the call for second round in 3 days. Second round was with Director and selection letter I got after 9 days.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

Pune Business School is one of the best emerging B Schoola. First we have to fill out the admission form which is available on the college website. Then two rounds of PI take place first is carried out by the Academic head and second by the Director of Pune Business School. Due to the pandemic, the complete admission procedure was conducted virtually. 1. Online application form through the college website i.e. www.punebusinessschool.com 2. Submission of entrance exam scores such as ATMA, CAT, MAT, MAH-CET, etc. (i applied through the ATMA score) 3. Interview through Zoom meeting which consisted of a few questions about me, my qualifications, interests, goals, preferred specialization followed by a 2 min speech on any current issue.
