Pune Business School is a part of Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust and it is known for its excellent placements in Pune as well as in Maharashtra. Students have internship opportunities from second semester to make them corporate ready. The companies which are coming for internships are Agile Capital Sevices, Outlook, UPL, Mapro, KPIT and many more.

Before making a decision, I was confused between MBA & PGDM. To help me with it, I received help from Pune Business School (PBS). PGDM is a dynamic course that has an updated syllabus, industrial exposure, & gives corporate experience during the course. Hence, I landed the to decision of pursuing PGDM. College helped me understand the specialization i'd best suite in, which is Human Resources. Here at PBS, we have visiting faculties, the majority are Ph.D. holders which great experience & excellent teaching Methods. They not only guide us with academic knowledge but also with its practical application. The schedule is a bit hectic which gives us an experience of the corporate that we'll land up in the future. We have a concurrent continuous evaluation process which means we are evaluated on a continuous basis.

The course curriculum was easy and was made interactive and fun by the faculty. The faculty members are really qualified with many years of industry experience in the respective subjects. Some faculty members had more than a decade's experience in the industry and were able to tell us how management firms work worldwide. we got to know way beforehand what the future of work was going to look like. the future is shifting to a gig economy and it was told in the orientation lecture itself.

PCET being a big institution group they have the biggest placement with 650+ company visiting the campus and 100% placement to its students. Many International Companies also visit the campus for recruitment with good packages. HDFC Bajaj Godrej TCS such reputated industry visit the campus with drives. The highest packages of 34 lacs were being offered to a student in Japan.

PCET known for Placements only. Many On as well as off campus drives are regularly conducted here. They have central TnP Cell. It arranges the famous drives. Many student volunteers are involved in this campus conduction.

The Training & Placement officer at the institute is recognized as one of the best TPO. Institute provides 100% assurance of Placements. Highest placement so far is 34LPA which was in Japan. At this institute , multiple companies arrive from international locations for placements
