I'm IPERian.

Firstly I didn't find any bad aspect in IPER yet. Because IPER not only gives the quality of education but also enhances the personality of their student through learning in action and the academic curriculum here's also remarkable. As I was enrolled at IPER during the pandemic period and all the admission process had to be online but their management was so good that it was so smooth and on date and time that I didn't face any trouble and the same was in the college during my verification process. It was a good arrangement keeping all the pandemics precautions in mind as well as the environment was so hygienic and in a systemic way. As I said IPER gives a great exposure to their students so the reason I chose IPER because I will get a great opportunity to learn under the best mind of the city and also like to be a part of a diverse student body. I didn't go through any blog, forum or website while selecting this college.

I chose MBA because it provides theoretical and practical training from business and investment management and this makes me proficient in handling managerial position and I can even use my abilities to create any business from scratch or can take the path of a manager. MBA helps me to progress in my career and because of this I prefer to just go for an MBA. The faculties of IPER are well educated they always have a solution for every query. Also instead of explaining all concepts in the bookish language, they always try to explain in different ways with various examples. no, there is not a single difficulty was encountered in passing the exam because if you attend every lecture of all subjects attentively, so there are no issues to be founded.

At IPER summer internship is an integral part of the management curriculum. Also, it plays a vital role during your placement. At the commencement of the second semester, IPER purely focuses on the student's academics as well as the objective of the summer internship. At IPER leading recruiters come for the summer internship like- ICICI Bank, ITC Ltd, Religare Broking Ltd., Asian Paints, etc.

1) From 4 semester onwards students become fully eligible for their placements. 2) There's major recruiters of IPER includes - ITC Ltd, Asian Paints, HDFC Bank Justdial.com, etc. 3) The highest salary package is offered in ranges from 6LPA to 8LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2LPA to 3LPA. 4) 75% or above is a basic criterion at IPER. 5) Working with a reputation Organization is a respectable position where I can grow and take new challenges ultimately.

There are 2,25,000 fees for the full time MBA Program. And yes, they also provide scholarship facility to the student but they had their own criteria regarding this. but I believe it is worthful to be here because a high number of placements are provided here also 80% chance were there to get a good placement.

Yes, IPER usually conducts the annual fest "RefleXions" but we've our E- RefleXions this year due to the lockdown. This happened only because of IPER, they believe and which is also their motto is to learning in action and they always encouraging their students by saying that "being IPERians is like exploring the world of opportunity to win and celebrate your day your dreams and your event". They also conduct various mind refreshing activities for their student like E-simulation, E-quiz, etc.
