Remarks

Location was near my house which made it easy to commute to and fro from college to home. It also a very reputed college in Prayagraj. It also had the course that I wanted to pursue. The teachers are also very nice.

The course curriculum is updated as per the current requirements. It covers pretty much everything. It is easy as compared to other college. The teachers are also nice and they are ready to help the students in everything.

The placements and job opportunities for bcom students are very less. Very few companies visit the campus. So it is entirely up to the students if they want to get a job somewhere.

College Events

It was good. There are a lot of extra curricular activities that are held. Like fest and all the festivities are also celebrated with great enthusiasm like onam, Christmas etc. The campus life is also very good.

Placement Experience:

The campus selection have not been good since the pandemic and mostly the top layer is offered job in campus placements. But since Bhadohi is a carpet hub so you don't have to worry about placements and focus on your studies. There are many companies that visit our college like Vardhaman, Standard Carpets, Champo, Surya Carpets, Agni, and many more ( You can get the list of company on IICT's official website). The highest package offered was about 10 lakhs by Standard Carpets( Dubai ) and the acerage package is 3-4 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed by campus selsction is 30-35 and then some of the students give GATE entrance exam and go for higher studies in reputated IITs. Some of the students get settled in their local areas.

Galgotia College applied for and we got a confirmed admission form but we choose a because SHUATS is more affordable piece and compared to other private universities versus of a reasonable tuition fees. In this college is nearby my hometown that's why I choose this college.
