Remarks
As i am not good enough in english so this review may contain some mistakes in grammar. Ujjain is a city of God SHIV and it also has Mahakaleshwar temple. As Ujjain engineering college is a government autonomous college and i thought that every government college is good, but it is not up to my expectations. The admission procedure is very simple and smooth. You can get this college by your JEE MAIN examination rank and applying for Madhya Pradesh counselling at website. As my rank in JEE MAIN is not so good so i has taken admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
My college offers courses Bachelor of technology, Master of technology and Phd courses. In this courses they offers several branches like computer science engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and chemical engineering.I have electrical engineering branch, the faculty members are well qualified as the TEQUIP-III is going. Most of the faculties are qualified from NITs and IITs. They offers course overview and tech according to the curriculum. They teach on smart classes provide notes and study material. The semester are designed well but not followed upto the mark. Most faculty members are good in selecting question paper but some of them give previous years GATE questions in semester examinations.
Placement Experience
In my college, almost 80% of the students are placed. But placement for CS and ECE students are almost 100%. The average salary package offered is 4 to 5 LPA and the highest salary package offered of this college is 24 LPA in the year 2019. Many companies provide internship in this college.
College Events
You take admission in any of the college you will make friends and enjoy your college life. College also has a tech fest of computer science engineering and mechanical engineering branches named XCEPTION and Mech Tech Meet (MTM) respectively. They are organised in between january to march.College has a huge library and it contains many books related to technical, non-technical areas, newspapers, magazines and novels. It has less sports facilities, you have to beg for the equipment of sports.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of any government college is good for all. They have low fee and if you are from any reserved categories then you will get scholarships from government and if you are from unreserved category( General) than you have to get above 85% marks in class 12th to get benefits of government's policies.College is not providing any job at campus with stipend.
