All about the campus

The environment of the campus is calm . The security system is good. I have found about the college on YouTube channel first. Then I searched about it a their official blog. There I searched about the admission procedures there it was written about the entrance exam LPUNEST. I registered myself and gave the exam.

I was very much interested in mystery and investigation stuffs from childhood, but haven't thought about taking it as a carrier option. When I searched about the college the courses available there it was Forensic science, so I just registered in LPUNEST and gave the exam.

There are number of companies that visit the campus. Based on that they provide training and internships. Many students are being recruited based on the exam then the interviews followed by training. Microsoft, google being one of the companies.

From the second semester the students opt for the placements. For this they have to pay extra sum beside the course fees. There visits a no. of companies and accordingly they conducts exam and later interviews.

As I gave the LPUNEST entrance test, I scored well and was provided 20% scholarship too. The actual price was 65,000 so after getting scholarship I had to pay 49000 including the exam fees too. The campus provides placements too but as I want to study further I haven't applied for the same.

There in the campus, there are mainly 3 fests being conducted there, and talking about the technical fests it depends on the departments. In the library there are wide range of books of each and every field. College encourages very much in participating in the co curricular activities.

There are rooms based on your choice i.e. , Single seater, double seater, Three seater, four seater. And AC and non AC ( cooler provided) rooms available. Mess or the meal system in the hostel is two types Basic and Standard. In the Basic meal u will get 3 times meal and in the standard you will get 4 times meal (snacks).

There is only one test i. e., LPUNEST entrance test. If you score well you get scholarship for the same and if not you can also opt for the same course based on your merit (12th marks). But yes, during admission they just ask basics about why you want to opt for the course that's all.
