Remarks
Sri Krishna College of Technology has well-established Laboratories with equipped components and supports the students in having a better exposure to the technological environment. It supports the students to participate in both Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities. Increased exposure to national and international project contests was given to the students. The Admission process was very simple and easy for me because of the well-supported guidance provided at the admission desk. I used to refer to the Official Twitter page of SKCT(skct_official)
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choosen Electronics and Communication Engineering where the Student-faculty ratio is 15:1. The majority of the faculties have completed their Doctorate degree and other faculty members are pursuing their doctorate degree. The Term Exams were conducted three times per Semester with higher-order thinking questions.
Internships Opportunities
Both on-campus and off-campus internships are offered to the students to have better industrial exposure. Core-related companies are encouraged to make the students to involved in technical stuff which supports them to participate in National and International Project Contests.
Placement Experience
From the 5th Semester, all students are eligible for attending placements. Top IT & CORE Companies with better packages are offered for students. Regular Placement training with hands-on experience is offered to the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure is as per the norms of the Anna University and the college supports Scholarships to the students under various categories. The Financial assistance for attending Seminars, Workshops, and Conferences are encouraging the students.
Campus Life
Life at SKCT is very calm, peaceful and Nature oriented which motivates the students to concentrate on the technical stuff. Open access to IEEE and Other Reputed journals along with numerous books are provided in the library. Classrooms are offered as Smart Classrooms with Smartboards to the students. Well, the aerated environment is created in all Classrooms. Nature-oriented ground with adequate facilities for sports such as Cricket, Volleyball, Throw ball,...is provided by the institution. The Clubs named as Talkshow club and The Electronics Hobby Club is formed by the students.
