A dream college

This is a government college which directly comes under the government all the government guidelines are followed in the university, it has a beautiful infrastructure, most important thing is unlike JNU there is no wastage of time on political issues by the students no unnecessary activities like voting occur in our university, faculties are good and helpful, well-qualified teachers,(PhD holders) are there, all the teachers have separate government projects they work on that, we have very good labs and cooperative and very helpful lab workers, students are free to practice in the lab, another important thing is all teachers are very interactive, this is my 3rd year in the college and I'm fully satisfied with it.

This course includes all the practical knowledge, related to microbes, give the necessary information about genetic engineering in which I'm interested the most. In Biotechnology also there are different groups of courses like BSc/BTech, MSc/ Mtech biotechnology or MBA in biotech, another good thing about our university is they offer an integrated course to BTech-MTech students so that we complete our 6yrs UG-PG in 5yrs only with Mtech degree. All the faculties are PhD degree holders in their subjects, their teaching method is excellent even in this hard time of Corona epidemic they are doing there best in providing us proper notes, they make us available on9 e-books and proper slides they provide after teaching us, Online presentation they take from us in order to check our skills.

Unschool, Internshala and many other companies come for placement purpose even I am in 2nd year 4th sem and have already go through my first internship at the beginning of the second year, right now I'm doing my 3rd internship but as per my suggestion, you guys should also look for an internship in your free time.

There are many different companies come in the university for placement purpose, but it's all about student choice to take it, most of the student opt for PhD for further studies as compared to take placement. Well most of us looking for CSIR NET and another competitive exam, our faculty help us in preparing for competitive exams too. After 4th-year students are eligible for placement. R&D, Wipro, Ranbaxy and many other companies come for placement. The last highest going package was 15 LPA. Well, I'll go to PhD after my studies.

The fee is sent in instalments total fee is 104000 which we have to pay in 2 instalments of 52,000 only this is our course fee which includes lab expenses also, there is no extra exam fee we need to pay but the students have to take hostel which is necessary for our college, near about 65000 we have to pay for our hostel and mess charges, between mess charges are refundable, but if you fill scholarship every year then you get back your one SEM fee return, yes means as I have 52,000 fees for 1sem and 104000rs. For 1yr then I get a scholarship of 52,000 every year so that's how we get our half clog fee back in form of a scholarship, well a very big Buddha library that contain all the offline books you just have to use your library card to access library books. During studies we come through many on 9 internships, it depends on one's choice to go with an internship or not, btw scholarship name is UP scholarship except for these college fees and hostel mess charges there is no extra charge for anything else.

Abhivayanjana is the annual fest of 1week which include different indoor and outdoor sports including gaming like PubG, free fire etc, it is a very interesting event, we all get an off of 1 week to participate in all these fests. All books are available in the library, there is no need to purchase the book from outside. Proper infrastructure AC, fan proper availability of lights, whiteboard, projector all are available in the classroom, classrooms are well sanitized. From time to time different sports activities held in university, there is different and a very big round for different sports in the campus, separate gyms are also available in a hostel there is a huge sports ground for students who like to do there sports practice, many film shootings were done in our campus so it is another mode of entertainment with studies in GBU.

Hostel faculties are literate, Even some of the PhD student teachers are the hostel warden who is well educated, there is proper sanitization in a hostel, hostel room contains proper furniture, bed, almirah, chair, bureau, cupboards with individual balconies, no monkey there to disturb you, even you can do flowering there, fresh air Ofcourse because the campus is full of greenery, hostel life is awesome. Fan curtain rods, night light, tube light etc all the facility things are provided, main thing hostel is safe for girls, we have a separate girls and boys canteen to hangout at night, I think if you take PG also then you charge more than this total fee for hostel and mess where 35,000 for hostel & 30,000rs mess charge, hostel fee is non-refundable but mess fee is refundable. There is no such a big process of registration of hostel, there are so many hostels that separate room provided to us and Even more hostel room is in the process to prepare before Covid19. In mess, we get food of good quality.

I got admission on the basis of my merit as I was the late admission applier so the teachers take an oral test kind of interview at my time, and on that basis, they qualify me on the basis of my 12th class clear concepts, there was 4 different faculty who take that viva kind of interview to qualify me.
