Remarks

I've visited my campus and it is very big and full of greenery and in a very peaceful place. I got admission based on my jee main score and the class 12th %age. This college has good opportunities when it comes to learning as there is a mandatory foreign language that you need to study for 4 years and you get an option for selecting open and concentrative elective whose advantage is that you get a minor degree also with your course degree.

Course Curriculum Overview

CSE is what everyone dreams about and so there the faculty members are also very good and supportive. teachers have good qualification and it was easy to pass term exams and you also get ample time for your exam preparation.

Course Fees: INR 3 per year

Internships Opportunities

there are a lot of companies who have come over to give the internship opportunities to various students with paid with a good amount of stipend available. they help you perform different tasks and work on different projects and the faculty is pretty helpful.

Placement Experience

students start doing internship from 3rd year with job placement offers in 4th year and a lot of reputed companies have also visited so far with the high package of 35-40 lakh/annum. A good percentage of students get placed every year around 85-90%.

Fees and Financial Aid

You get a scholarship on the basis of your cgpa every year. and you get a lot of opportunities for summer internships. fees are 11.5 per semester which makes it 3L/year. but it is worth it and 3-3.5L is the minimum package with a 6L average.

Campus Life

There is a lot of different kind of clubs available here. There is an amity fest held every year which includes a lot of sports activities. there is a huge library present which is very beautiful and all the different kinds of books are available there and classrooms are huge enough. there are a lot of social clubs like debating club, dancing club, etc.

My overall experience at Amity University

Initially I applied for IIMs and DU colleges, amity was just a backup plan for me. I had got admission in Maitreyi college in DU but It was b.com simple and not actually b.com honours. I had to take all the advantages and disadvantages doing a b.com course and ACCA in DU, but I chose amity over DU as I was getting 9 exemptions in amity , out of the total 13 papers. Also, I could not make it to the IIMs, I could not clear the cutoff for the general category and I could clear the cut off for iim jammu and bodhgaya but I coild not make it to the waitlist even. I took admission in galgotia university but my admission cancelled because of my percentage but I am grateful that Amity University haryana . In this college only above 60% marks are required. 60% in physics, chemistry, maths and English overall 60% . There is a admission test for admission but if have given jee mains exam then don't have to give admission test. Admission process is easy and comfortable.
