Merits:- Library, Garden, Canteen, Friendly teachers. Demerits:- Almost none. Admission process:- Merit basis. Dates:- Will be out on the official website of Bilaspur University. Reason for preferring chouksey college of science and commerce over other colleges:- Experienced teachers, Eco-friendly Environment, infrastructure and yearly events and fests.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed B.Com + Computer Fundamentals because I was interested in management as well as the accounts field. The student teachers ratio is reasonable and each student is treated equally. We have doubts class as well Psc and banking coaching classes.
Placement Experience
From the final year students become eligible for placement, Offers has been made up to 10 LPA CTC. Most of the students get placement in well-known firms/organisation/companies/banks. About 1/3rd students preferred further studies instead of placement for better opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for B.Com(CA) is quite reasonable, the cost to study here is approx 2300/- monthly. Scholarships are provided for merits and quotas students. Financial assistance is provided by the faculty and an on-campus job with a stipend is available for almost every branch.
Campus Life
We've numbers of fest held around the academic year such as Techno Fest, Freshers, inter-branch sports tournament (Cricket, badminton, table tennis, football, chess, carrom, etc), strength challenges, etc. The books have been provided from the central library.
