Remarks
First I didn't even know there's a college exist named CIT unless and until I got an admission call. I was asked to attend Funjinia summer workshops(conducted by CIT for students completed 12th) if interested and I attended them with my own interest. Things I learnt through those workshops were wow! And that's how I felt I should join this college for sure. I got a seat in this college through the management quota. The process was smooth and I didn't face any difficulties.
Course Curriculum Overview
The main reason I chose this course, B Tech Computer Science and Business System were new this year and I felt to get into something new and weird for me. Faculties are qualified and appreciable. They're friendly with the students and their teachings are extraordinary and understandable. They are even helpful at any cause. Assessments are conducted for the practice of the student ones in a month.
Internships Opportunities
Actually, I'm in my first year so, I don't know much about the companies offering internships. But I have heard reviews from my seniors. They are many companies offering internships for students.
Placement Experience
The placements are really good. Salary packages offered are high and well enough. Our college is giving more importance to placements and it's getting 100% in placements. More than 90 companies visited our college. Recruiters include HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, PEGA, IBM, etc, Internships are available right from the first year. The best training is given on our campus and no need to worry about it.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's actually 2 Lakh per year. Affiliated to Anna University with a course duration of four years. So, the fee differs from the cut off we gained on the 12th board. I got admission through management.
Campus Life
Our college has beautiful infrastructure. Sports and extra curricular activities are encouraged by making each of them showcase their talents by participating in many and many competitions. The library is available with more than 4000 books. Every year Takshashila annual festival is conducted. There are even many clubs for the students to involve in, namely web development club, data science club, mobile app development club and some more to learn and engage in projects. So, one has knowledgeable and enjoyable campus life.
