Review on my campus

I found this college via my friends and neighbours, later I got to know even more through searching about this college on some websites like college Dunia for LIET. The college was very nearer to my house and as I visited the college I realized that it is not only well connected by roads but also it is in the middle of the city, these were the initial pros that attracted me towards this college. The admission was based on Eamcet rank. After the admission, we were laid into the hands of very supportive and helpful faculties that's another very important pro of LIET. Besides, the college has beautiful ground, a canteen and labs were well organized. The only con that I found in this college is here the students are given less freedom other than that everything is good in this college.

I have chosen B. Tech, CSE, as I have always been attracted to technology especially towards coding thus long determined to opt for this course and preferring it over the others. In LIET we have highly qualified faculties taking good care of the students and making sure that every student understands every aspect as clearly as possible. Enough time is taken to teach each topic. We have tests and assignments on a regular basis which will make us get prepared for the final examinations.

There are various internship opportunities for the students in both off and on Campus. Most of them being the campus ambassador programs by various organizations like Coding ninja, CollegeDunia, Intern Shala etc. They are also very supportive in taking the students to the industries to gain industry knowledge and experience.

LIET students perform very well in campus placements too. Most of the students get placed every year. Companies like TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft are among the recruiters. Students are often gets placed with an average package of 5LPA.

In LIET the fees for B. Tech is very low when compared to any other colleges in this area, i.e.35000/ for two semesters. Also, there are some special schemes for the students with low income like full fee reimbursement provided by the AP government.

LIET has a very good and beautiful campus for a private engineering college in Vizianagaram. It has two blocks, one block is for the Mechanical department and the other block is for all the other departments with five floor building, a canteen and a big library. Our special events are cultural fest, freshers, tech fest etc. Every student in LIET awaits these events. We have various clubs too like Innovation club, Dance club, Coding club like Google Dsc etc. The college life in LIET is very good and exciting. Seniors in this college are also very friendly and helpful.
