Review on my campus(LIET)

I found this college via my friends and neighbours, later I got to know even more as I started exploring the website of my college(LIET). The college was extremely close to my house and when I visited the college I realized that it is well connected not only to my city but also to all nearer cities, these were the initial pros that attracted me towards this college and preferring it over the others. The admission was based on the management quota. After the session we were laid into the hands of very helpful and supportive faculty, that's another and very important pro of LIET. Here the students are taken care of the students. Besides, the college has a beautiful environment, the labs were well organized. The only con that I found was here the students are having limited freedom and taken extra care other than that everything is good.

I choose B. Tech in ECE. I have always been attracted to communication systems and their working functions also towards computers thus long determined to opt for this course. In LIET we have highly qualified faculties taking good care of the students and making sure that we learn every aspect as clearly as possible. Enough time is taken to teach a particular topic. We always have regular assignments and tests which will make us get prepared for the final semester examinations.

There are various Internship opportunities provided by the college. Most of them being the Campus ambassador programs organized by companies like College Dunia, Intern Shala, etc. They are also very supportive in taking the students to the industries for getting industrial experience.

LIET students do very well in campus placements also. Most of the students get placed every year. Companies like HP, IBM, Infosys, etc are among the recruiters. Students are often placed with an average salary of 6LPA.

The Fees for B. Tech are extremely low in LIET is very low when compared to any other private engineering college in this area, i.e.35000/ for the total year. There are also special fee education schemes like full-fee reimbursement for the student with low income provided by the AP government.

LIET has a big campus for a private engineering college in the middle of the city. It has two blocks one block for the mechanical department and the other five building block for all the other departments, a huge library, a canteen and a playground. Our special events are cultural fests, tech fests, sports fests etc. Every student awaits these events. We have various clubs too like Dance club, Photography club, Coding clubs like Google DSC club etc. The college is very exciting and good. Seniors are also very helpful and supportive. they teach and they guide.
