My college experience

The good thing about this college is the college has a glorious history. Well furnished laboratory, big playground, good accommodation, renowned professors, good cracking rate of IIT Jam, Jest, Tifr. The bad things about this college are the college has strict guidelines to attend college classes for more than 90% and some problems with drinking water. The reasons Of preferring this college is a renowned college in the district, good infrastructure, good professors, good Jam cracking rate etc. While selecting this college I use the official website of Bankura Christian college also collegedunia.com etc.

I choose this course to know the detailed concept of physics, study the quantum theory, em theory, special theory of relativity, optical physics etc. Faculty: student ratio =6:5. Faculty members are well qualified and the teaching methods are also very good at the starting of the semester the professor's break up the syllabus in their own way and teach their part in details and with care. If a student regular attend the lectures I didn't think that she/he would fail.

After 6th sem, but this is BSc degree, so the student must prefer for MSc PhD bed and then interested in Hobbs like railways, banking, school teacher, college professor, some of the students are getting prepared for UPSC or wbcs to become IAS or IPS or IRS, or officers in the rank of bdo SDO etc. More than 70% of student get placement. My plan is after getting this degree I get MSc from any IIT and PhD from any IIT.

The one-year fees of the college for our course is 4620 including all charges like tution fee, lab fee, cycle stand charge, puja fee etc. There are many scholarships, the college authority is allowed to do more than one scholarship. Scholarships like NSP, Oasis, Svmcm, Nabanna, S R Jindal, LIC scholarship, HDFC Bank scholarship, Inspire scholarship etc.

The name of the annual fest of our college is NEXUS. It will be held in December. In our central library, there are more than 68500 books and journals. The classroom and labs are well furnished, well decorated by good equipment, has projectors, computer labs, speaker etc. There are two big playgrounds on the campus. College authority is concerned about sports and curricular activities, every year every dept arrange a picnic.
