Entrance Preview

I was appeared in jee mains examination in the year 2014. I was not qualified for various IITs and nits. For this college,my entrance examination for this college was missed because of various reasons. After the overall counselling,college administration opens admission for vacant seats in various programs on the basis of marks in 12th board.that's how I came to this college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, in several departments our college provide small and big internships. Most of them are non-paid but if paid they gave, 2-4k bucks of a single internship.i had done my internship cum training In NTPC Ltd which was recommended by the college.

College Events

There are various events and cultural activities held in the college. These cultural activities include fresher parties, cultural fests, various festivals, and national days of importance. There are two tests celebrated in the year which is organised by various departments of the college. Also there are various national level seminars held on the regular basis.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provide various loans for Christian candidates as it is a minority status college also provide loans for economically weaker students on a very low EMI rates which are to be paid after the course is completed. Also it gives scholarship to Uttar Pradesh candidates in collaboration with UP government

The gender ratio is quite good here the student or Dorm parties are organised on the regular basis the workshop in those departments are also organised on the regular basis there are various technical and cultural societies exist in the college.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is very simple. The gradings are done on the day to day basis. Percentile system is applicable for all the courses.semester system is followed.detailed examination structure is as-there are two class tests in the sem. There are certain presentations also along with the debates etc.

The course structure is good enough to take maximum from teachers. All the faculty in the department are well qualified and have a good standard. The lab, classes, auditorium are good. The equipments are sufficient and they function properly.and the most prestigious course of this college is B.Sc agriculture.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in third year .just after they complete internships. There were several companies visited like Asian paints,Bajaj Auto ltd. ,Honda,Hero ,Yamaha,TVS ,Adani Wilmar,TCS, Infosys Maruti Suzuki.,etc. each of the company select 3 to 4 students .Maruti Suzuki hires 10 to 15 students .Package generally revolves around 8 to 12 Lpa. Placement for Paint Technology students is 100 percent since last 5 to 6 years My plan is to get a job.

I choosed btech because I want to make my career in tech fields after coming into college I have seen so many students are in a rat race but so many are not and I feel they can make out curriculum way more better to include subjects which can teach us real world Problems and how to handle that in this AI world,The knowledge of AI is must so I think there should be regular classes for AI and yes that should be of good level otherwise I don't think so students will go to waste there time in college as there are lots and lots of videos on youtube so they will learn from there ,The exams are of medium difficulty level I will not say that they are too easy or too hard

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. Great college life

Placement Experience:

A lot of great companies visit the campus and a lot of students also get placed by mass recruiters but the salary offered is not very much. So the average package is not great but some students do get great package by their own or by college if you are serious.

Galgotia College applied for and we got a confirmed admission form but we choose a because SHUATS is more affordable piece and compared to other private universities versus of a reasonable tuition fees. In this college is nearby my hometown that's why I choose this college. My college eligibility criteria candidate must have to 10 + 2 with physics chemistry in maths and minimum percentage required may to apply depending on the course.
