Remarks

Everything is good here. The rules in the hostel are very strict for MBA students, which shouldn't be there for MBA students. Food served in the mess is good and hygienic. Sports and games are good. Our college offers 12 sports and games. There is a gym facility, but it's not well-maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

Only a few faculty members are good, but others just rush to finish the course. They don't care if the students are learning or not. The project that is there in the course curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Syndicate learning programme makes sure that the student gets overall holistic learning.

Placement Experience

Mostly our college offers business development role in the marketing field. Tolaram offers the highest salary. This year most the offer letters have been revoked, so the percentage of the students got placed is very low. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA, but the college shows 7-8 LPA. However, the variable is very high in the high paying salary packages.

College Events

Our college has 25 clubs, and have their own objectives. Events are conducted weekly. Our college conducts seminars by professionals. Our college conducts sports facilities, like football, basketball, tennis, badminton, athletics, etc. Scholarships are offered to people who score above 9 GPA. Our college also provides music, gymnasium, etc. Our college has different clubs like entertainment, branding, marketing, sports, business analytics, debating, general knowledge, current affairs, finance, research, etc.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies visited my campus are 1.naukri 2.berkedia 3.tcs And other 20% of students got placed. They got nice packages as well

Placement Experience:

The placements are decent, the average lies somewhere between 12-13 LPA. the highest salary till now was 28LPA, and few companies like Big 4, come for mass recruitment. I have plans to work after my MBA, so I'm looking forward to the placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I said earlier the course is for 2 years with 4 semesters each 6 months. In my college, they used to conduct 3 midterm exams every semester which are not hard if u attend college regularly and study well. I took this course because I like accounting and business very much. The faculty members have good skills and experience they take time and explain everything not complete fast like others. The faculty-student ratio is 2:21. The lecturers use content based teaching methods for easy understanding.

Placements of IMT Hyderabad is decent the average package in IMT Hyderabad for last year was between 8-10 lakhs per annum and since the batch strength is low which makes it slightly easier to tackle with your interviews also I am really glad that I chose this college as there are market leaders coming in for placements like Unilever, ITC, Barnett & Coleman, JP Morgan, Amul, Aditya Birla group etc.

An Amazing journey at IMT Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

The college secures 100% placement every year. Companies like Deloitte, Wipro, PWC, Genpact, ICICI Bank, SBI life, IDFC bank, and many more companies come to recruit students from campus for campus placement, the placement season starts in 5 semesters, generally, in the month of September every year, there are many good offers and roles in majorly finance and marketing and HR. profiles like Tax consultant, business analyst, credit analyst, sales manager, territory manager, business development executives, etc are offered. For batch 2018-20 there was 100% placement and for 2019 -21 placement still going on.

Remarks:

In our college environment is very good. The whole campus is surrounded by nature and peacocks. That was one of the best parts of our college. Placements were also improving a bit. For marketing placements were very good. For Digital marketing, our college has the best faculty to date. After these student personality growth activities are also conducted. Students will have freedom.

I didn't apply to any other colleged since I was focused on OBS Hyderabad. The addmission process is straightforward. You can apply through CAT, NMAT and IBSAT with IBSAT offering a scholarship of two lakhs to the eligible students. IBS has the reputation of one of the best B-Schools in the country, offering innovative and globally accepted programs and great opportunities for all-round development. I heard this from my college , who was a alumni of this institute and convinced me to pursue my Masters from there.
