LIFE IN JUET

The admission in this college is given on the basis of JEE Mains marks or your 10+2 percentage. You will have to fill the form provided online then the college will contact you and tell you the further details. The good thing about is college is that it has a very good faculty and a nice security company. The hostel and mess for is really good, nice, clean and healthy. The campus is lush green. The only bad thing about this university is that there are not many places around the campus to visit for food and other commodities.

My course is computer science engineering. I choose this course because now IT sector is at its large. There are lot of opportunities in this sector. Also the faculty in this college is very much learned and help us alot in understanding the course curriculum. Also they teach us a little extra. There are around 35 students in one class, so the professor is easily available to every students doubt.

The students because eligible in 7th semester to get a job from the companies visiting the campus. Whereas if a student has applied for internship, then if his/her work is excellent then he/she may get a pre-placement offer.

Life at JUET is just wow. The campus is very beautiful and has large area to walk around. It also has a lake around which you can have morning and evening walk. There is an annual fest of three days which happens usually in February. There are other events like DJ night, Halloween night, Traditional night and there is also a technical fest which happens in April. There are many other social clubs like the cultural wing, drama wing, literary wing, computer science society, mozilla club, and many others.

The fees for engineering is Rs12,00,000 which is pretty decent for a private college with hostel and mess provided with is amount only. There are also scholarships provided for under privileged students. The companies visiting is university are Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Infosys, Direct I, PayPal, Paytm, Uber, and many more. The package offered by these company are pretty good. If a student has prepared correctly for the interview he/she will get a nice job. Students here usually get more then one placement offer.

The hostel facility is very nice. It is very nice and clean. The mess food is also very good and just home like. There is a swimming pool, a badminton court and gym inside the hostel
