Remarks

The college is not very large but only a few students come to make a better place, there is less exposure to my college. Teachers are friendly and supportive. Bihar combined entrance competitive examination board has conducted the BCECE examination. It is the state level examination which is organised through offline mode. The entrance exam is held in a pen or paper-based test mode and the entrance duration will be 1 hour 30 minutes for each paper. Our college provides a great placement opportunity. The college conducts a college placement on the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The ratio of faculty: the student is 1:3. Degree with the first class at a bachelor's or master's degree in the appropriate branch. The teaching method of some teacher are good they tried their best to make you understand the topic.

Placement Experience

4th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. The company visited like comforted Sudha Dairy and you can also apply for off-campus placement like Amul, Nestle, Mother Dairy, Vadilal etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

You can get various type of scholarship from the government of Bihar like post-matric scholarship (PMS) for sc students Bihar, BC-EBC post-matric scholarship Bihar, Chief minister Kanya utthan yojana for graduation, Bihar. You also get a stipend of 2000 per month.

Campus Life

The campus of the college has the best feature that all students are enjoying all the activities and well do all the task. The location and environment of our college are good. The students and teachers are very helpful.

Overall nice infrastructure and facilities.poor placements,but faculties are knowledgeable and supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is but outdated. It doesn't prepare much for real world applications but can help in preparing for higher studies or competitive exams. 75% attendance is mandatory .Even one day before exams , we need to attend classes. That has a scope of improvement for the college to focus on skills rather than theory knowledge only.

I am really interested in my course . The fees is affordable. The placement opportunity is good as well as here is the environment for government exam / engineering service exams . Different well qualified faculties are present in each branch . Every subject has faculty member. Each and every faculty is well educated . The minimum qualification to become the faculty of this college is Mtech . The faculty has passed GATE exam /BPSC exam . The term exams are timely , midsems are taken 1 month before the end sem exams . The level of the semester exams is sometimes moderate or tough . Students should have the depth knowledge of the subject .

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Microsoft are visited and they are giving 7to 8 lakhs packages. An amazing and truth review on my college.

The reason for choosing this college is that this is the only college in the whole of Bihar for the specific purpose where B.Tech degree technology course is offered and that too at the lowest fees and it is a government college.The government gives a stipend of Rs 2000 per month and Rs 6000 annually for stationery expenses. Seeing all this, it is very cheap and free too. Total is not much inside for liquor, it will cost ?72000 to 73000.The training was done well here, the studies and practicals are also very good, it is a very good college, we need agriculture allied courses, all our seniors have already taken answers in this, there is not a single UN employee...Read More

Brief description of a Dairy student in SGIDT

The admission process was so smooth. I had given an entrance examination for taking admission to the Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology. The entrance examination is termed BCECE. The application form reflects on the official website of BCECE. It is an examination based on the science streams subject like physics, chemistry, and maths. BCECE takes both maths and bio group students after 12th but the main eligibility criteria is u must have maths as a side subject along with bio.
