Remarks
About the admission process, I want to share that it has a simple procedure to fill online, we no need to go to the college but by submitting the documents online, then the fees paid to the college all communication were done via mail. And the admission starts in April and the consultant can communicate through the mail. I prefer this college as one of my friends has passed out of college and he told me about the college. As the university has a strong school of sciences, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. I chose to go to a large university because I wanted to maximize my post-college opportunities while still in school. We have a vast alumni network, and this helped me land a great summer internship. I searched through the website named "Collegedunia", this site has a huge amount of data for each school and college. This is a helpful resource for comparing colleges side by side based on data. We can go through the website and an easy way to compare.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the course as my friend suggest me regarding it and wanted to complete my post-graduation in It and therefore I choose MBA in it as nowadays we are used to working on computers and in today's IT sector a person should have the knowledge of the IT which will help the person for future references. The student ratio was about 5:5 as there was an equal number of male and female were present in the classes. The faculty has an experience of about 20 years in the continuously evolving field of management education, classes at the college are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both planned as well as a surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common students try and stay as up to date as possible in subjects such as finance and economics where you won't know your knowledge is to test.
Internships Opportunities
During the final years of graduation, the college gets good companies for placements and students with good score got good internship opportunity. I have heard that our college also give us the best placement with packages from companies.
Placement Experience
Sikkim Manipal University provides training for the students who are ready to go to the job college provide training and placement division many companies like TCS, Infosys and many companies will come and the average salary is 35,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
MBA degree from SMU is a significant investment in our business career. To make it work for us, they offer payments plans, financial assistance, and personalized options suit our circumstances unlike some business schools, the college has no hidden or additional charges. So, the tution fees here are the tuition fee we actually pay that includes academic services in all the cities of study, the e-learning courses, and the enrollment fees and it does not include in our tution fees, a non-refundable application fee of about 500 rs. Costs associated with transportation, housing or personal expenses, the book charges, and the graduation fee. A merit scholarship is being awarded in September every year, in the first year, the scholarship will be decided on the merit of the pre-entry marks, mid-semester test and attendance in regular classes. Merit scholarships for the consecutive years will be decided based on performances in one end semester and two-semester examination.
Campus Life
My first year of college presents a lot of new experiences living away from home, meeting new people and managing our own time. Prepare for life on campus by figuring out what to bring, how to handle challenging circumstances and what I can do to manage our workload.
Hostel Facilities
Whether I am living on campus or off, our room and board is a substantial expense. It includes housing, meal plans, utilities, parking expenses and anything else included in the cost of living. Two years of college is used to pay around, 1,00,000.
Interview Experience
General questions are typically asked in a college interview to start the conversation and so the interviewer can get to the following examples: tell me about yourself. How did you hear about college? What do you know about our school? Why do you want to attend this college.
