Abdul Aziz's Review On NIST University, Berhampur

This college is one of the best college.though it does not have a tag of IIT, but i am sure that it is no less than that.

I gave joint entrance examination i scored 10 in it and I opted this college because of its academic performance.

The faculties are comparatively better than the other private institute they give us class of 100 min, which i think is the best the student get habituated of time management. And they moreover become a good man rather than a good engineer.

As per my knowledge, many companies visit our college and take students with great marks in semesters. Companies like Wipro limited, Infosis, Tech Mahindra, and indian navy and many other companies come to our campus.

Every year there is 50% above placement in our college specially student in IT sector get the job easily from our campus companies which are IT based companies comes to our campus and take a large group of students their are few basic requirements for the job.

There are very few celebrations done in our college since they focuses on academics more than enjoyment. Programs like sankal are made in a huge area. Many colleges come to our college for different competitions and challenges they stay here for 2 days and our college arranges everything for them.

The fee structure is feasible compared to the other colleges people from poor backgrounds also come to our college and study here our fees for the year is about 148000 which is quite less that the top ranking colleges in orisa or Karnataka. The hostel fees and the transportation fees are also included.

There are many scholarships there in the college there are scholarship for poors, toppers of academic, personal teacher scholarship. They provide all the facilities and sources required for if interested in making any project.

Being in a campus, a student starts his life in a responsible face. They get detached by their parents help. They get power for facing problem and resolve them. Gender ratio is a vast here. There would only 20% of female student in our college. And I personally feel that there are no diversity done here. The college take care of the health of the student too. They organize many events of fitness and for scientific mind like robotics competition.

Hostel facilities are quite considerable whatever we request for is provided by the hostel in charges by making some steps. The faculties visit our hostels for the doubts of the student the help the student to their best so that they come to a good end.

The seniors are very helpful to us there are no of student guide in our college which help the student if they have any problem.

Classes are very hectic for us. We go to our college at 9:30 am and return back at 7:30 but during our exam time, the time is a bit helpful to us. And labs are always good for us as it helps up in getting better in the field work and get great to the machine.

My elder brother is the student of this institute. I registered in JOSAA and Gave an option to this college i had opted for mechanical but i did not get. I got electrical branch , which was not my first priority but still I decided to choose this branch.

The faculty of this college are very much educated they are highly qualified they interact with the student in very fair manner. They always welcome the student with their doubts moreover they come to the hostel for better understanding of the chapter for academic tests.
