Remarks
Sai Vidya Institute of Technology is near for me and also have a very good quality of education. Sai Vidya provided a separate team for admission process and I get admitted on August 2nd 2018. Sai Vidya Institute of Technology provides the best quality of education so I choose to switch for Sai Vidya institute of technology. While selecting the college I referred to my seniors and also faculty members in Sai Vidya.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Civil Engineering because I am interested in the construction field. The civil department has very teaching staff when it's coming to the qualification of faculty among 10 faculties 3 of them have DR. And remaining all are completed master degree in a particular stream. The duration period between odd semester exams to even semester exams was around 5-6 months. Really it's not difficult to pass if we follow the faculties words and listen to classes properly.
Internships Opportunities
The civil department provides internship in 7tn semester in some construction companies. Project is based on student interest and also the project can exhibition in our college fest. We have to do 2 mini projects and 1 final project in the final year that is on the 7th & 8th semester.
Placement Experience
Sai Vidya provides campus placement offer for students. Students are eligible for placement in 7th semester but our placement team and faculties start guiding us in the 6th semester only..we have very good placement team. Electronics engineering has the highest placement with the highest package. Different companies have different packages around 70% of students are getting placed every year. My plan after getting the degree to write competitive exams and also a part-time job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Different departments have different fees structure for civil department fees 96800 per year. The scholarship is based on caste and quote of admission taken by the Student but the Vidi Siri Scholarship provided by the government where all the students are eligible for applying for a scholarship.
Campus Life
The annual fest is sanchalana. We celebrate grandly sanchalana in even semester in the month of May - June and coming to tech fest it's tech vidya we celebrate it in the odd semester in the month of October - November. Sai vidya provided a very peaceful library for the students with good facilities. Apart from academics sai vidya equally supports students even in sports field and extra curricular activities like NSS.
