Remarks

The quality of teaching is very good. the faculties and HODs all provide great support to enhance their skills and gather the knowledge about anything superb. Yeah, what will you study here make you job-ready after the 6th semester they will provide placement training.

The fees for each year through kcet is 72,000 which is less compared to students who join through management. The Money is worth it because the faculty is good, the infrastructure provided doesn't have any problems with it and at the same time, the college is really supportive along with the placement cell which all helps in making the college environment healthy for competition.

the quality of placement at the college is very good. The average salary for the student getting placed is 4 lakh and the minimum is 2.5lakh. The placement process is very easy and placement coordinators are very supportive because they always help you at each step.

Fees and Financial Aid

The placement process is good. They try their level best to get all possible companies. College is very supportive and tries to place all the students. Placement department helps us to improve soft skills and provides all necessary training to crack interview rounds.

Campus Life

The campus life is full of fun and really happening. We have a basketball court and throwball ground. The college is full of greenery and it's always clean. Our college also has two cafes which provide hygienic food and beverages. The students here come from all backgrounds and from different countries. The college is easily accessible with bus facilities.

Hostel Facilities

In the outskirts of Bangalore city with a good environment full of greenery. Rooms are spacious with wardrobe and attached washrooms. But transportation is a little difficult for the new one but will get used it with time(rented scooters available).No comments on the food. You can find a few small shops nearby only a few walking distances you have a lakmipura market where you can find your daily uses stuffs. But Little Unsecure For travelling at night in this area.

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food

Infrastructure is well established and good
Security for Students is very high and no ragging

Lack of events and only the educational events
Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

Sambhram College & its placement

I applied to many colleges in Banglore as well as outside banglore. The colleges outside Banglore like Parul University, Nirma University, Gujarat Technological University and few others. I didn't go to any of the colleges outside as I wanted to live in silicon valley of India Banglore. In Banglore, I got into Ramaiah Institute of Technology, CMR IT, Dayanand Sagar College, Reva University. I chose Sambhram college instead of all these options was mainly the fees. The fee amount of Sambhram was very less and didn't require any extra donation or amount for admission. The admission at my college comprises of just the 12th results and entrance exam results if given. The cut-off for admission is only 80% in 12th. For being eligible u need to be from a Science Background with a decent or avg score of above 50 % in 12 boards . Application Form and Application Fees and Dates everything is in the College website premises. Yes I reserved a seat by giving 20000 /- advanced . Now reservation seats costs might have gone up ..say around 40k. Per Semester we have to give 3 Internal Exams of 20 marks each subject. and last External Semester Exam of 100 Mark. Admission Process is not so transparent .
