Remarks

I was searching about law college for law degree then someone suggested to me about that college, later on, I was checked and I got to choose this college for my law degree. who suggest to me this college he was also a gold medalist in the law department and he was also got a good job opportunity.

1. I had planned from my childhood about a law degree I think the legal field provides better career options. 2. Among the 120 students. Some of them are international students and it is good to sit with foreign students. 3. Some senior teachers are having Ph.D. with 10-year teaching experience and the rest of the teachers are having NET qualified and pursuing their Ph.d. 4. The syllabus going very well and the exams are conducting through semesters.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 56000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I can not sure about other departments but our law department gives us the opportunity to Intern under the District Legal Service Authority, Ambala. We have prepared internship diary and submit it to the department.

Placement Experience

1. In the final semester the students are eligible to face placement. 2. A lot of companies are visited but not for the law department ( sysko, lloyd, bosch, havels, etc,. Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indan Army). 3. I don't have any idea about the package. 4. I think 40 % of students get placed. 5. After the degree I just prepared for the Indian Army.

Fees and Financial Aid

1. The fees are not too high. It can b afford by a normal student but I have taken a loan from SBI due to a financial crisis. 2. There is a scholarship for SC students but not a general category. In this college, every department has a very smart placement every year but the single Law department does not have any single placement option.

Campus Life

1. lot of fest is celebrating in university and University is celebrated once a year. 2. the libraries have a good study material. 3. the classrooms having good amenities. 4. Lot of extra opportunities for sportspersons even NCC options for girls.

Course curriculum is completely good. It's so good that you get to know things like letter wise, so it's proper perfect and faculty is also good. They try their best to make you understand. Things can even ask them if you don't feel you got it then, and also they answer you, and they have a good relation with students like not a strict teacher kinda they're open about things and talk to students help them not such academic in their personal life. The college struggling to be decent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is extremely poor, The pedagogy is weak and the lectures are the least interesting. Some professors are gems in this coal mine but the wider picture is abysmal. The teachers force you to write and the use of gadgets even for notes is discouraged. There is no academic calendar and exams can happen anytime with prior notification of a month, The results are also delayed; Expect anywhere between 4-6 months of the declaration of results.

In L.L.B. (Hons.), the student becomes eligible for placement after the completion of their second year for PPOs. Also, after giving their sixth semester exams, the students are eligible to sit in placement drives. For law, top tier law firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan and Khaitan, Luthra and Luthra, litigation lawyers etc. visit the campus for placement drives. Over 90% of the students are provided placements with the aid of the university. My plans also include placement through college in law firm after completing my degree.
